Men's Room

Doesn't matter if you're a female contestant, this dirty, dingy place is requiring a new fresh paint of red on the walls. Some random derelict bar let its nasty Men's Room be used as an arena. They can use the extra cash to fix the screwed up piping.

User Image

Terrain

General: This place is nasty. Most of the stall's doors are about to fall of the hinges. The urinals haven't been cleaned in years. The middle toilet is clogged. There's holes in the walls where duct-taped pipes are visible. Then one of the sinks is on the ground. The whole space is 50-by-25 feet. Not much space.

Weapons: Toilet seats. Piping. Broken sink.

Bonus Features: None.

Participants: Seth Hibsky (moi) vs Jason Steel [Zou Kraze]

"Chug! Chug! Chug! Ahhhh-heh heh heh heh!!"

Jason would have had to pass through the bar to get to that fated dirty bathroom where he was currently hiding, in wait for an opponent that was.. busy.

An "Irish" pub with a cheapskate owner, tons of booze, and a bunch of drunkards with nothing better to do. You couldn't pick out a "fighter" among that crowd, drunk women getting shots done off their portly chests while an old obese man tried his best to gorge on whisky at the command of several fellows his younger. There was even a dingy little band doing a cover of some satire rock song that was just fast paced and off-key enough to make the regulars nursing headaches cringe in pain.

*There's a county map to go on the wall,

A hurling stick & a shinty ball,

The bric, the brac, the craic & all,

Lets call it an Irish pub,

Caffreys, Harp, Kilkenny on tap,

The Guinness pie & that cabbage crap,

The ideal wannabee Paddy trap,

We'll call it an Irish pub,

Whale, oil, beef, hooked! I swear upon the holy book,

The only 'craic' you'll get is a slap in the ear,

Whale, oil, beef, hooked! I'll up & burst yer filthy mug,

If you draw one more shamrock in me beer!*

"Hohhhh~ Hoh man, James, you fat portly wanker you. You could'n' even finish half the bet." A regular to this joint chortled with blushed cheeks, strewn about brown hair, and tattered clothing. Given the brown tint this place had, whether that was dirt or wood - really about all that stood out on this particular individual was his buff physique, and a red scarf. Otherwise.. he was just another one of the "good ol' boys" gulping down shitty alcohol on the cheap and drawing a weary gaze from the old bartender.

But then, that same tender tapped his chubby index finger on [Seth Hibsky's] left shoulder. The man turned around, a heavy reddened hue to his intoxicated face. "Eh? The **** yew want, Dave? I already paid my tab!"

"Mm. Boy. Them fellas in black suits came by. Gave me enough money to fix up m'whole bathroom, I tell you what. It's time. I just saw a guy go into the bathroom. Ain't no regular.. must be the fella you gonna work with to do my tile work, mmm-mm.." The elderly bartender spoke with a voice born from smoking cigars heavily for near half a century.

He was trying to speak in a coded fashion for "your opponent is here," but wasn't exactly the greatest at it, given he used to be an electrician by trade not an actor.

"**..oh.. ohhhh, I getchya Dave. Yehh. Yehh, I am hurting for spare change. Best head on in and start buffing that floor..**" Sitting his fuzzy mug of beer on the bar, Seth pardoned himself past a few country hicks grinding on each other, and began to maneuver towards that bathroom with his hands in his pockets, a very calm grin that showed off his front top teeth, and a casual weave from all the alcohol.

Then.

The blush to his face disappeared instantly, and his expression altered heavily.

4Haelikor

Immediately, his entire face flooded with a red hue instead - visibly growing far more drunk than he was just a moment ago. Mucus seemed to ooze from his nose just a hinge, like he was suffering quite a cold; sweat forming to his brow. And an odd set of lanterns dropped behind him, just outside the bathroom door.

"Hey! Everyone in da bathroom! OPEN UHP!!! AYE... GOTTA.."

A small aura began to project off the commoner mingling, fighter hunting nightmare known as Seth Hibsky, as his drunken persona took control entirely. He would not open that dingy door.

He would annihilate it.

∀Assault: (Smiling Demon) > [4 Spirit, 2 posts cooldown.] Whether floored or standing in his own vomit, Seth will lurch towards the opponent - preferably by shoulder or knee. This is a hard hitting bash attack that can floor opponents and potentially break bone, but can only cover a two foot gap and leaves no room for redirection once initiated. Effectively, it turns the drunken Seth into an alcoholic wrecking ball, which can attack from impromptu angles but is not an effective gap closer otherwise.

SPIRIT: 16/20.

"PISS!!!!!!"

Shoulder charge. It was such a sudden and powerful bash, halting Seth as it imparted the impact...

...that such a shittily maintained bathroom's door would rip off the hinges and smash into the adjacent wall. Seth looming just prior to the doorway's frame. This was his version of "hello," to his opponent, and to any poor sod already using the bathroom that would probably now urinate themselves. That'll happen sometimes.

[][][]**When the door slammed open off it's hinges, it admittedly startled Jason, forcing him to to unfold his arms while taking a left sidestep as an added precaution. After the initial shock however, he understood that this meant the arrival of his opponent. Quick to act, Jason wouldn't let Seth regain his composure, left lashing out to strike Seth's forehead at an upward angle forcing it back and exposing Seth's neck, making it that much easier for Jason's consecutive right to clasp and strangle. Jason was going to crush Seth's Adam's apple into the wall.

[][][]A few jaunty Irishmen took wind of the commotion and started to crowd the entrance to the bathroom, this quickly grew, giving only a foot of leeway to back out of the room before hitting a wall of rowdy low-income workers. A ruckus roared out the small establishment, drowning out the owner standing on his bar and waving his arms frantically. He obviously wanted to keep things contained but there was no such luck. The band saw this to be an opportunity and began playing faster and louder, really riling up the crowd. The cheer of "FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" in unison to the blaring guitar riffs was enough to disorient the senses.

[][][]The rush of the crowd added to Jason's adrenaline, he was pumped and frustrated after waiting so long in a shitty bathroom. His blood-lust bubbling to the surface as he aimed to clamp down on Seth's neck and end the fight, possibly end the monk's career. The crowd felt it too and edged it on. This was going to be a brutal beating. Some ole primal st.

Sneaky snake. Seth Hibsky was many a thing, but expert detective able to predict the precise whereabouts of a bathroom holstered attacker was not one of them. Of course, it was heavily debatable on if this could even be called a "surprise attack," given the drunken man had just blown down a wooden bathroom door, but Seth was not one to mull over such details.

Hostile intent said it all: an opponent was found! And going for blood right off the bat, no pleasantries shared. Seth could appreciate that; right to the point, very good. Unfortunately, he couldn't appreciate it enough to let things progress so .. kindly.

Composure? Composure? That was an abstract concept long ago thrown away for the "drunk" Seth Hibsky! Stances, martial arts... there was only room for violence now.

An unkind atmosphere filled the bar.

Back at the bar chatting up the local drunks just moments ago, Hibsky was a fairly thin man standing at an unimpressive 5'8", weighing in at 165 pounds - muscular but only so much. Now.. 220 lbs and a height of 6'2", the bronzed skin man had apparently been eating his meals! Something very unnatural was afoot. Now again, Seth would normally praise trying to take the initiative in an encounter, but the drawback here was that his foe never had an opportunity to begin ascertaining the threat he was exposed to.

As that left fist came at a rising angle to elevate Hibsky's head... Jason would get more than he bargained for. Seth Hibsky would absolutely stagger backwards from this impact, onto the ground. Immediately. As though he had been haymakered onto the ground with explosive force.

The first tell-tale sign something was off: Jason's fist, were it bare, wouldn't feel right upon striking that forehead. Rather than a man's skin stretched tout over that prominent plate of the skull, the flesh would feel significantly thicker. Like a sturdy leather rather than what it should have been.

The second sign tomfoolery was in the air: that over-reaction. It was a strong one-two combination, but Jason's attempt was focused on striking an exposed vital, not raw power that could achieve something that absurd. The man fell like a deck of cards.

Much more importantly than that though, as our bathroom hidden hero first began his attack, his assumption Seth could not retaliate was unfortunately an unfounded one. Steel's left fist would get no resistance, nor would it be avoided. It was too sudden for such responses. However, something jettisoned from Seth's lips past that upward angled arm to greet the, given Seth's lack of knowing this man's name, he would be bestowed a new title - Bathroom Warrior. Something thick, sticky, gooey.. a common event in drunken fights, a sincere sign of rudeness. A bodily insult that paints a victim in its disdain.

Spit.

As Seth's skull was struck and his body fell like an exaggeration in rag-doll physics- an arcing loogie would fire at Steel's own neck, mid-throat, clocking in at 50 MPH. Why was this significant?

Because Seth Hibsky was not an ordinary man, any half-cocked punch delivered by a mundane woman would send him to the floor in his current state, and that spit was in fact a special technique equating the power of a full strength right straight from a trained martial artist. That'll happen sometimes.

The raw "power" of the ever bizarre Seth's mucus wasn't even that it dealt such damage, which was honestly minor in the world of professional near-death battles, but that it was such a fast projectile for such a small object. Opponents fool hardily approaching him without being aware of it were all but doomed to take what would commonly be assumed a mere disgusting annoyance.. and that in itself "increased" the damage through them psychologically not expecting to take a blow from something so absurd, much like how a hook from a man's blind spots hurts that much harder since one isn't mentally prepared for receiving it.

The irony would be the culmination of all the above events meant Bathroom Warrior's right fist would likely not get the follow up grasp at the throat that was no longer in position. Either through Seth falling backwards so rapidly, smashing onto the bar floor bordering the bathroom entrance, or through the throat attack Jason himself would have to contend with likely making an immediate pursuit difficult.

Unfortunately, to the layman, this looked like Jason Steel just blew Seth Hibsky onto the ground with a warm-up punch, a light pink hue where the "scrape" of his fall took place visible. So the easily amused crowd would likely laugh hysterically at their ignorant perception that the fight had ended in one blow.

"HUH-HEH! HIBSKY JUST GOT KNOCKED THE -****- OUT!"

..that'll happen sometimes.

His eyes tracking Seth's body as proceeded with his ruse, watching as the brash white monk flopped to the ground and formed his lips into a pucker. Seth was mocking him or so Jason thought before seeing the milky slimy liquid escape his opponent's lips. Right hand, the one intended to crush Seth's throat, was now being used to guard. His arm would loosely wrap his face, using big meaty triceps to intercept the affront.

[][][]Fat lot of good it did him. Jason inevitably stumbled back from the force of the impact, deeper into the bathroom and into the sink. It caught the crowd off-guard. Turning a sporatic rawr of affection into a rumbling of confusion. "What the ******** was that?" was the first audible sentence that could be hard as those irish drunkards came to an eerie calm. What had started out to be a great bar fight was now beginning to look like some kind of staged wrestling match. This infuriated the patrons. The lot of them feeling cheated in some fashion and not one of them shy about expressing it.

[][][]A rainstorm of half empty piss warm beer bottles hailed down, most of which smashed against the frame of the bathroom door and its surrounding wall. A few made their way in, smashing at the feet of and against the legs of Jason. Boos and jeers hissed out from the crowd, as Jason's black denim jeans became soaked in cheap booze and shards of glass. His only solace being that currently Seth had worse than him, given the man's choice to bed a bar floor.**

No. This slime on the ground was perfect. As alcohol gushed through the air like a river of applause, falling down in nasty amber drops onto Seth's clothing - Bathroom Warrior would get a decent glimpse through the doorway of something mighty wrong.

A relaxed smile.

"Mmm. Tough crawhddd.." Fake slurred the entirely sober man. Well, that wasn't exactly accurate. These varying personas of his were all real in a manner of speaking; his body was entirely convinced Seth was wasted to the winds. However, the floor was not a poor place for him. Rather yet, it was where he fought best in this mentality. Flat on his back, sprawled out on his sides in a drunken stupor - Hibsky had to hand it to the man whom's identity he was finally remembering within the haze of getting his formal invitation to this violent little event. Jason.

Jason was no amateur.

To not immediately pounce back onto Seth suggested the lad's instincts had picked up what they should. That a sort of cruel deception was at play.. and that getting too close without a plan was dangerous. For although Hibsky was now a carnal form of raw violence inebriated in spirit, to say he was lacking the technical prowess to launch that firepower in this state would be the words of a man soon dead. Lurching onto the crest of his upper back, Hibsky triumphantly launched himself in an arch onto his wobbly feet- left eyelid half-closed in a daze whilst the right popped wide open.

Unfortunately, again.. this was not a match made out of the joys of testing out the nobler points of combat. Blood gushed down Seth's scalp. Shards of glass and ale giving him a new crown.. which didn't seem to bother him a single hint.

It was all a matter of role play, see! Beginning to eerily lurch in hobbled half-steps towards Jason's position, Seth was close to realizing the Truth of this particular perspective. The screams of anger from drunkard spectators, the fresh sting of glass clinging to his skin, the smell of beer, the faulty AC letting that muggy air rub his stubble; all he needed.. was just another push.. one more little stride..

... and the true terrors of [Drunkard Chaos] would be known. To Seth and to Jason.

This boy was brave! Seth had to hand it to Bathroom Warrior, not many people would get up into his space and keep throwing punches after witnessing his feats of strength. Hah, that was truly impressive. And yet, something about it beneath Hibsky's own joy, filled him with an unknown rage.

Yeah. Seth had noticed it right from the start of this bizarre little dance they were having. Beneath his own laughter, snot, and drunken antics - there was a festering anger biting at him that just wouldn't quiet down. Aimed at this poor man, Steel. Why, even pushing aside the shaken dance his brain was twirling past of all that booze, Hibsky couldn't discern for the life of him. Seth certainly had never met this man before, and while he would stop at nothing to bend Steel in two - there was no true hatred or animosity to be had from him. This was nothing personal. So why?

As Jason stepped into that heavy handed left jab, making it more of a left straight in potency and nearing Seth's open face - what was this feeling..? He was on the verge of knowing something greater than himself but what?!

As knuckle tore into his left cheek's flesh and began to powerfully collide with Hibsky's bone, delivering a blow even he couldn't shrug off - his eyes popped wide open and a sharp inhale of shock could be heard.

A church.

A small boy.

The Scales.

The dead body.

Of course... each of his personas was just an exercise to get him to remember the core experience again fresh, and still, a self-aimed anger took hold ridiculing himself for forgetting something so important. His memories before becoming a member of the Hibsky clan and throwing away his real name. His life. And the three lives of those men who died to impart these "powers" into those nightmare lanterns.

As Steel's left fist recoiled back, so too did Seth's body begin to recoil back.. he was falling again. But now. The "drunk" haze was gone. These falls weren't accidental mistakes made by a fool, they were the understanding that all human movements with one's legs were controlled falls. Enhanced, given more strength, a fall could turn the whole human body into a weapon of terrifying proportions. Everything was becoming clearer... clearer...!

...so as Steel's fist retracted, it would only part from Seth's flesh for a moment.

Then they would meet again, the bruised flesh hugging Steel's fist. But this time, for far crueler purposes.

Red fleshed human wrecking ball [Seth Hibsky] had, from a position of falling backwards, flailed forward in a sudden colossal charge. Given the bathroom wall was much less than 6' behind Steel and they were already in close proximity, avoiding this body flattening charge that would attempt to pin that fierce left fist between themselves was quite unlikely. Lurching over at an angle, rather than fear their heads colliding - Seth planned on it, skull crest coming forward at an angle with a murderous heat around his eyes like that of a rampaging bull, his battle scream of "[******** DIE!!!!!!!" causing a few of the more brazen drunks still spectating to immediately begin backing away with concern. This powerful bulldozer of a man could've floored a larger sort - let alone a man his weight inferior.

This was going to be the worst kind of chest bump in history. Back of the skull and all, Seth was going to cream this little shitstain into the garbage ceramic that hick owner liked to use. And given his arms were sprawled out with large mass - trying to slip past Seth, not that this was plausible anyway, would just see Steel clotheslined to hell.

And yet, that was just the movement action~! There was still a strike Seth could launch in the midst of this. A special kind. A kind only he could do well. One, he had already done in this fight before.

What time was it, right before they'd meet the wall?

"PffSPLOSH!"

Spit time! Slightly bloody one this time. Such a small distance, the arc to the lad's throat was easy. And it wasn't like Seth was giving him ample room or time to redirect his limbs, either.

It was a vicious one-two. But Hibsky could remember how this sort tended to act now. Yeah. This was just the beginning, after that attempted throat grab of Steel's earlier. Vital lover. Good though. Seth was just getting started. He couldn't keep upright too well like this, the self-hypnosis to induce a drunken state even if cold sober made his legs like noodles.. so he was gonna keep his new best friend here nice and close. Yeah.

Yeah. Seth was never gonna let this boy leave his side again.

[][][]**A slow exhale theough parted lips as eyelids calmly shut before an explosion of mind and body. This was the only tell Jason had given as his body instinctively reacted to the threat of Seth's attack. Moving in tandem with the red clad monk, Steel's right back leg anchored as his core twisted right. This newly generated torque used to power Jason left hand from a retracting jab into a hook/forearm smash of sorts. Simultaneously Jason slid his forward left leg to dislodge the footing of Seth's right leg.

[][][]***Where the head leads, the body had no choice but to follow.*A lesson embedded deep into Steel's psyche while being conditioned to be a warrior of true reknown. Jason had no understanding of Seth's supernatural abilities but did have a fundamental understanding of human anatomy through martial arts. He knew that the neck had a limited range of motion (approximately 180 degrees for most) and that because of this Seth's forward momentum would either serve to break his own neck or be redirected to the adjacent wall just above a urinal. One would shudder to think what else inhabited the wall besides the visible stains of indiscriminate color, black marker graffiti and local band stickers.

[][][]**Only after introducing Mr. Hibsky to the wall, Jason would continue his assault. Squatting down slightly so that Jason's left would roll under Seth's right arm to be placed at the top of Seth's right shoulder. A feat easily acheived given their difference in height. Jason's right hand would then rest against Seth's elbow, reaffirming the armlock produced by Seth' wrist resting against Jason's cheek (palm side out).

[][][]If Seth had clarity of mind after being smashed into the cold tiled wall and being wrapped like a pretzel, he would take note that his opponent's right arm had changed. Now taking on the appearance of molten rock with small streams of lava in place of veins with three thick fingers instead of five. Was Hibsy hallucinating? Maybe, especially since there was no change in temperature just texture and he was in considerable pain after being forced to paint the wall red with his head. Not to mention the very imment threat of having his arm broken in two places.Siphon count: Activation************

Jason Steel didn't need a nickname like "Siphon." Were Seth aware of it, he would have commended the last name alone, for the nerves it took to face down a charging behemoth with such resolve. And yet, even the most durable of steel could be bent with overwhelming force.

The first folly: attempting to trip Seth's footing. This was useless because there was no footing. Hibsky's feet were already off the ground. Before Jason even took his final clarifying breath, Seth had stumbled forward with catastrophic force. Attempting to wedge his left leg into that would just awkwardly rub the man's leg against Seth's lower torso; ...uncomfortable but not terribly effectual.

So redirecting the cannon shot that was Hibsky with such a maneuver wasn't happening. Neither was the bathroom doorway large enough to accommodate two persons, and nor would the aforementioned widespread arms of Hibsky be allowing Jason an opportunity to weasel his way aside. Finally, given the aforementioned arc of the charge, trying to pull a fast one and ducking down low would just get Jason's head plastered against that very same tiled bathroom wall. That reformed left jab went from a simple dirk to a majestic great sword in Steel's blacksmith of the body, but would not be adequate at stopping this assault in the slightest.

To be clear: it was already difficult to avoid this charge given their location and parameters. Jason's mistake in trying to maneuver this falling star of an oaf would now assure this difficulty became a form of impossibility. Blood would shed from both fighters in such a collision, but which would have it worse? The twice-punched Hibsky crashing into Jason's Bathroom Warrior flesh, or the aforementioned Steel being pressed between a rock and a hard place so violently?

Such was fate. Sometimes bravery.. was not rewarded.

At least, not how it should have been. Not by that aforementioned supernatural spit into one's throat/face depending on how Jason's stance altered in the course of this.

Alcohol fumes made Jason Steel and Seth Hibsky think they were where they weren't. That'll happen sometimes.

Coming to, both men would find themselves in the middle of the bathroom, a few feet apart, both back down on the floor. Seth by the sinks, Jason by the stalls. Best as could be deciphered, Hibsky took a pummeling to his head whilst bull-rush carrying Steel, causing both fighters to erratically slip into the restroom properly before falling apart catastrophically.

The reality of the event was likely Jason peppering Seth with numerous withering strikes while Seth slammed Jason onto the bathroom tile floor violently like a sack of potatoes. Now aware of their surroundings, not only would this bathroom need renovated, but the owner of the bar would likely need investigated by the health organization regarding these noxious fumes. What a monster.

As the men groggily came to, how would they respond to this turn of events? In a dangerous situation regarding restrooms even more insidious than a Target women's restroom, who would win, and who.. would survive?

Got the go-ahead from the judge call as well, jump cut to~

Oh no!!!

The pansy redirection of Jason was only a trifle compared to those menacing sinks. Those menacing pipes. Was that.. duct-tape? No! Seth didn't have time to consider the wayward countryside repairs right now, turning his gaze back to the sink plate just inches away.

This.. was bad.

Granted, Seth was plowing into that line of sinks with way less momentum than before, but a small redirect wasn't enough to quell the [Smiling Demon]! There was no way he could avoid that imitation porcelain, and he was getting a good detailed look at how the management didn't clean this s**t properly at all. That was the opposite of what was good.

Sink.

Pipes.

Sink!

Duct-taped pipes, why was there duct-tape used on waterlines, where was the boiler located, what the actual ********-

SMASH!!!

Simply put: Seth's momentum, his skull crash, the remnants of his redirected Smiling Demon, and this place's obviously high standard of quality meant the first sink in the row Seth struck would be his last. Blood would course down his face from his upper brow.. as Hibsky fell to a lower height than Jason's attempted haymaker-cross.

This was no clever deception on Seth's part. In fact, it wasn't anything Seth did at all.

This was just dumbass luck and positioning.

Jason's ability to recover so quickly wasn't the boon it was cracked up to be. It meant he got into position faster to try and land a blow on the right side of Seth's skull (from Seth's objective perspective).. and therefore meant lining himself up with Seth. Unfortunately, Seth was plowing headfirst into a shitty sink attached to a hole infested wall with visibly fragile pipework that would have any health agency shut the place down if they so much as sniffed the air near it. It didn't take a detective to figure this one out: Seth's increased body mass and significant momentum smashed his skull powerfully into the sink frame, denting the s**t out of it and making it a mask on his face as it ripped off the pipework and came crashing onto the beer and no doubt piss-stained floor.

This also meant at an apex moment- a jet of steam and water would cascade over the two gentlemen. The left side of Seth's face would be blistered with burns before no longer obscuring it- instead having a new target. Jason's outstretched fist (and by extension, body.) Jason couldnt've known Seth would drop with the sink. Nor was it his fault he couldn't; Seth himself wasn't aware this was about to happen. Whoever ran fate around here was a bit of a sadist.

The sink frame, now like a partial bowl of tomato soup, created sparks as it skid across the floor with a man's moderately banged up skull in tow- arms at his sides and legs behind him. He was hurt. But the fall avoided him a worse fate of smashing into more garbage sinks until absolute momentum halt, since sinks tend to shrink below the "bowl" portion in width from the wall at restroom facilities, and said detached sink served as something of a very poor helmet after the initial skull rippling pain of meeting it literally head first. Coupled with Seth's thick skin, metaphorically and literally - it wasn't the end of the world for him.

Looking up at the white - well, off-white part of the bowl not splattered with his bleeding forehead, eyeing his opponent's foggy image in its saliva coated enamel as the pipes burst something terrible behind him by a few feet- no doubt about to make Seth's resting place an uncomfortable one but first blasting Steel with a forceful torrent of flushed condoms and the hot stuff, Hibsky could only sagely groan as a thick line of blood flirted with his left eyelid: "...*Ah. Hm. Well. Just as planned.*"

However, that was the danger of [Drunkard Chaos]: the normal rules a fighter could reasonably follow like posture, stance, range... it was all useless. Like right here. Normally, a man in Hibksy's position would be incapable of defending himself, as the side of his falling skull would take a walloping prior to the sink fiasco.

Second verse same as the first- out the side of his mouth came a familiar friend of the fight.

It wasn't that Seth was afraid of taking a punch, even in this situation. His supernatural spit attack didn't clap against the knuckles that came perilously close to his head prior to the water spout out of fear of taking damage, clapping the force of a fierce straight into that oncoming cross to help dull its impact to a whelp's prior to their pool fun.

It was a challenge. Cheap shots like what Jason tried to land just now were low grade. If Seth was going to exchange broken bodies, it would need to be much better than that.

So as the two men laid so dangerously close to one another, events took a different spin. Seth in his new sporting sink helm, custom fit thanks to Jason, was in pain alright. The burns weren't fierce given his brief exposure, but anyone with an experience in even fast exposure to steam and heated pipes will tell you the pain was excruciating. Your flesh swelled with the moisture burning at the fat content under your skin. However, that just got Hibsky excited now.

SPLOSH went the ball of trash at Seth's [Sink Mask +1], keeping his eyes from being blinded.. for what good that did at the moment, given he was already dealing with bloody sweat and not being able to see beyond an inch past his nose. Such was sink bowl.

However, the monk did not expect Lady Luck to make love to him after having sewage, tampons, and other ghastly things sludge under his heaving body.

This function is activated if an opponent should hit the scarf with an attack - say.. slashing it with a sword, kicking Seth upon it, or sending a ball of flames at his upper chest. > > > > Geas. "G...Geas..!!" Seth croaked as he very first felt the man's hand grope his throat which of course meant touching his gorgeous scarf. Shining a vibrant red, Seth didn't even need to see to confirm what he already knew that fearsome device would cause: a release of his own person and a spread eagle Jason Steel.

He'd only have a moment of his opponent not being sure what was going on to capitalize.

He wouldn't waste it.

"HERE, BOY!!!" Flopped Hibsky's entire muscular body, immediately making the moves to crash his weightier form against the warm and soaking wet body that was so close to him just moments ago. Of course, as his feet attempted to dig into the man's ribs in a triangle and his thick hands attempted to grab at the man's triceps (left to right, right to left) in an attempt, however successful, to forcibly splay those arms and stiffen them in place- still all of that was really superfluous to what he was really after.

"HERE!" Came vicious headbutt one courtesy of sink bowl covered Seth Hibsky skull.

"HERE!" Came repeat, rapid headbutts with the brunt of his hard using the sink as a head propelled battering ram into Steel's face.

Drunken brawls made him something of a headbutting pro. Having the most dented up shitty helmet on the planet laid over supernaturally thick flesh, well, that helped too.

Seth's arms, thick and massive though they had become, could only restrict Jason's own limbs from reaching his throat for a time. That much, the monk could tell even with his almost dented in two [+1 Sink Helmet]. Furthermore, this completely cut off more headbutt attempts, their intermingled arms serving as something of a temporary stalemate source for both men. Seth couldn't redirect the man's arms by where he had them held, but keeping them off his neck was doable- for now. However, it made headbutt mark III an impossibility.. or IV.

Made to sound echoed by the sink plastered on his face, a long wistful sigh ruminated from his pursed lips- as his head whipped backwards to fling that "helmet" off of him. It went flying into and smashed loudly across one of the bathroom stalls in disarray, as Seth quickly spoke "Hey there lad.. I've got a proposition for ya. Hear me out, yeah?"

And there it was. Seth's true face. An X of blood between his brows and flowing down around his mouth, and a left cheek with significant burns having eaten away at his flesh.

The monk had realized an unfortunate truth. Both men were strong enough to keep this exchange going for quite some time yet. Given Steel's steadfast desire to grasp his throat, eventually this would be successful. Playing out in the monk's head, next Seth would have a clear shot to spit Steel's own throat in, potentially breaking the cartilage that is "Siphon's" trachea. Jason would not let up even in the face of this however, and Seth in desperation would lurch their bodies with the last of his energy into a very dangerous location. The result was vivid in his mind.

The corpse of Jason Steel.

The dead body of Seth Hibsky.

.... that was not acceptable. "Try anythin' funny and I'm gonna do something nasty to ya, boy. But hear me.. how's a real test of strength sound, ah? Something manly that'll decide this for good..?"

And somehow, Jason Steel knew of it. That was all Hibsky could ascertain before his left eye's sight was robbed. The flesh around it would bruise to confirm a shut eye. 50% vision destroyed.

...however.

... truth is, this was a game of dishonesty. Jason had no interest in heeding Seth's words. Seth had no interest in honoring his words. It was a mutual betrayal.

The sink was removed simply to give Seth a quick glimpse of something he needed before that agonizing pain took hold. No. More than that, it was to bait Steel into trying for the target he had been attempting to get ahold of the entire match. A "lapse of defense" would be too enticing. However, the Pendulum Fist was ready to make something horrible happen as well.

What was the true purpose of his little offer?

Stalling for a few more seconds so he could use Smiling Demon again.

Ripping that sink out of the bathroom wall likely weakened its already poor structural integrity. After all, it had countless holes in it where you could see pipework with tape of all things, almost assuredly melted into ineffectual goo by now, wrapped around the seams. Of course, there was no mention or sight of insulating materials for these myriad pipes, and if in desperation, "repairs" had been attempted with tape on stream transfer pipes.. then they weren't exactly in the most structurally sound shape.

HOCCCK-PTEW

Bloody spit fired from Seth's own lips. Down on top of Steel's roaming right hand. It wouldn't stop Steel for more than a single moment, but that was enough. If Steel wanted Seth's throat after that, he could have it.

Seth's legs were dug in as they were to help tilt Jason to Seth's left a little, along with Seth's upper limbs. In Jason's pursuit of the monk's throat, he would likely not see the issue with a little tilting.

Then.

SCHWOOM went the two men, Jason's upper back and shoulders being the mast of their bodily ship. Thanks to the wet and slick floor, and Jason's smelly wet clothing along with bodily occupation- resistance opportunity was minimal.

They were setting sail! The S.S. Hibsky, as Seth's head dug down chin-first into what would probably still be a choking hand.

The sink wall, weakened by that sink departure from earlier and its already s**t integrity from its many holes, would split with ease. Until...

rn rn rn rn RNRNRRNRNRNRN

...The myriad pipes.

Seth was using his supernatural lurch to plow the two men, Jason first, into not just one or two but the entire series of steamwork. Any seals or switch-valves would become meaningless with this demolition work on the source. Without insulation, the metal would burn horribly- but the real danger was the wave of steam that would engulf them, since the boiler likely wasn't high tech enough to self-regulate in the event of pressure release. Because of course it wasn't, this was a shitty bar bathroom.

It being hot and burning wasn't really "the issue."

Prolonged exposure to good ol' hot steam with any pressurization worth a damn was bad. There were of course thermal burns which you'd feel first, the contact of heated gaseous water with your body. Then there was said water seeping into the pores of your flesh to burn you again, condensing into liquid form and hyper heating the fat under your skin.

Brief contact with a small area on the body under these conditions was bad.

User Image

Blisters filled with pus trying to isolate damaged flesh was terrible. However, if you were unfortunate enough to have sufficient liquid on your person- say.. from having soaked or wet clothing. Well then, the problem, and area of effect, intensified. Rapid flesh swelling. Loss of limb strength. Even moments of such exposure to a foot could see it grow three to four times its size and require being cut loose from a boot, for example - rendering any weight on that foot useless for weeks to months, let alone in the immediate future.

The problem here of course: Jason had a lot more to contend with than just a spot or two on one limb.

Seth's arms, Seth's feet, Jason's back, Jason's skull, Jason's limbs...

...were all in line for getting a vicious bath. Hibsky's only saving grace would ironically be Jason. His body would shield Seth in certain locations, like his face. That was cool, because Seth didn't even want to imagine becoming a "hot head" in that context.

Hopefully, Jason lived up to the name "Steel."

[][][]**It caught Jason a little off guard to see Seth use his spit to keep the rock hand at bay. It confused him further to see his opponent tilt him right but not jockey to be on top and wass because of that confusion that Seth managed to propel as far as he did. Upon realizing Hibsky's endgame, it was too late for Jason to counteract the force threantening to slam them into a wall. So he did the next best thing, he redirected it.

[][][]**Had Jason been able to counter the manuver has intended before, he would not know the force and magnitude of the manuver to be of a supernatural nature. Performing a Smiling Demon of his own, Steel shot forward, pushing down on Hibsky but at an angle due their positioning. Coupled with the almost frictionless wet gunked-filled floor, Jason would rotate the two so that Seth was now hoist above him. Crashing into the wall, the sudden change in position, Seth's neck was clutched firmly in the rock hand.

[][][]**The hole where the sink once was would grow as hisses of steam shot out from the exposed pipes. They hadn't hit with enough force to bust the pipes but that was only a matter of time before the pressure would do the work.

Seth didn't see the [Faux Smiling Demon] as being the very same technique he had used. Simply a display of strength on Jason's end. However, that spit attack, that was unsettling.

Hibsky hadn't done any research on Steel, but had to conclude just based off that exchange that Jason stole his supernatural spit. Likely through some kind of magical gift. No. Seth had to reason the possibility that Jason had stolen all of his unnatural techniques, up to and including Hibsky's synergy with his own artifact.

That ... changed things. The secrets of the Hibsky [Family] could not leave his person. While the rules expressly forbade the monk from committing murder in this competition, and he himself had a vow to avoid such vulgarity, ... it was inevitable he would need to break Jason's body then. The risk otherwise was too great.

Now, Hibsky was in an interesting situation here. Setting aside the rock coated limb of Steel for a second, Jason was essentially pulling off a stereotypical villain choke like one would see in a movie. This was remarkably different than any kind of proper chokehold or strangulation method. It would do the job, steadying Seth's body with his impact into the wall and then near-bursting pipes- but, it did create a dangerous situation.

Even assuming they were at Jason's maximum arm length, and that was unlikely given their impromptu travel methodology- Seth had slightly higher than average reach for his default height, 70" to his 5'8." It went without saying his overall size increase in his Drunkard Chaos, height upping to 6'2", gave him a slight but significant reach advantage over Jason even if they had to cover an entire arm's distance. Then we had to recall where Hibsky's heels were dug into - under the ribs of Siphon. True enough, Seth's grip of the man's triceps wouldn't accomplish much... but they did give little further distance needed to traverse for something fun, as opposed to if they'd started from Seth's sides.

Legs finishing up crossing around the wet man's mid-back, Seth ignored the fact his pelvis was grinding into Jason. That'll happen sometimes. Still digging his heels in, the lengthier armed and heavier at 220 lbs Hibsky did the only thing he could do.

Digging his sandals in harshly, he lurched himself back into the pipes.

It wasn't like Jason would have phenomenal floor traction right now to oppose it. Or two available limbs to avoid Seth's palms calmly playing "Peek-a-Boo!" around Steel's exposed eyes, thumb tips forcibly digging into them without a single ounce of mercy. His thumbs tucked under the palm to dig in with an experienced approach. The intention was to crush Jason's eyeballs of course... and grind into the occipital bone. It was a cruel form of eye gouging, which would likely instigate bodily convulsions and could even cause death. Meanwhile, his remaining fingertips would dig in deep as they could into the man's sweaty flesh, going knuckle white to grasp bone to help draw Jason backwards.

Why? Well, as for the pipes and their pressure.. typically, you had two ways to properly fixture steam transfer pipes together. You either put a metal composite around the seams and then let them run for a while, letting the heat naturally bind two pipes together with the ensuing carbon acting as a kind of "glue," or you used some type of frame lock or pipe ring. Obviously, duct tape signaled they went for the former and the seams were in absolute disarray / on their last legs.

Seth intentionally bringing his weight backwards would easily finish the job.

However much space between the outer bathroom wall and the insulation of the building (...if it had any, with this cheap of a condition) would decide how far back Seth could traverse. But either way - both men's front sides would begin receiving a thorough cooking, arms, skulls, shoulders..

....of course, even if Jason went into a full blown seizure, there was no guarantee he'd relax the grip he had. Seth's vital strike, taking advantage of arm placement, would be near instant- but it was not perfect. And of course, this didn't prevent Seth from taking a steam bath of his own.

His only hope: either his eye gouging was a swifter fate than losing the last needed blood or oxygen to his brain could be.. or that the steam ensured neither men would be leaving this room unless by transfer to a burn ward.

FIGHT END BABY. OOC META TIME

Essentially, the end of this match boils down to two possible outcomes.

A.] Jason's [Siphon] ability works on equipment. If it does, then essentially, Jason acquires the ability of Seth's scarf where, when the scarf is attacked, the attacker is forced to spread out with a command word [Geas.] So all of Jason's body becomes.. the scarf for the purposes of this interaction. This means Seth is choked out and rendered unconscious, as he can't muster a defense in time to stop that from happening. JASON WINS.

B.] Jason's [Siphon] ability fails to work on equipment. If it does, then Jason yells "GAAAHHEEAAASSS!" and.. nothing happens. Which is hilarious as st. Jason is KO'd by brutal levels of eye gouging and beyond, as the eye gouging route is a very fast fight finisher and he wasted time yelling out a command word for an ability he didn't acquire, making it far too late to prevent this from happening. SETH WINS.**

Really, either one is a valid outcome to me. So when this fight is judged, it can just be ruled as a simple KO in favor of Jason or in favor of Seth depending on how the ability is interpreted as it should work. Jason IC would probably be unsure if the power came "from" Seth or not so it makes sense he'd try and copy it if he's newer to this skillset, and Seth is absolutely clueless as to how Jason mimicked his spit ability, so this seems purely coin flip driven on how you interpret Siphon.
