((Yep. :3 But, that's the only Demon Art she knows.))
Hrm.
He'd dodged or neutralized every attack she'd targeted him with, and he still remained at optimum function. She, on the other hand, had dwindling strength and little will left to continue this fight. Nevertheless, she would continue, because forfeiting would only come when her last breath had been drawn or she was unable to fight any longer. Although the latter seemed likely at this point.
Alchemy mixed with Elven mystic arts.. It was what she had been studying for years with an alchemist, oddly enough, by the name of Airiza Cael. Creating a way to mix Alchemy with her dark arts, as well as Elven mystics, she had devised an entirely novel way of using the energy within her body. Although, at this point, her energy was low, making it so that her style of fighting was becoming almost an enemy to her, considering the amount of energy it stole from her being.
Raine wasn't human, by any means. She was..something else. Unclassifiable, you might say. Nonetheless, she possessed the same limitations that normal humans did, for the most part. Yet, she was beyond a human as well, at least in the amount of her energy, she was far more advanced. Even with her injuries, her reactions towards them may be different, though still felt the same.
This battle wasn't finished yet.
However, Raine -did- experience blood loss, though she patched herself up for the most part with her dark arts. Needless to say though, she still was feeling the effects of what he had done, regardless of her appearance. Raine was very adept at hiding pain. If only she could be so expertise with her anger issue.
Her dark energy spikes were blown apart as his ice entered, though partially just from her choosing the let them go. There was no point in fighting his technique, since it would be a waste of energy.
Next, she had to worry about him and his blade making their way towards her. She clutched almost painfully at the hilt of her Odachi, figuring that whatever strike he aimed to land on her would be a blow that would end this match. Needless to say, nor think, she couldn't get hit again. She had taken more damage than should've been taken, and she couldn't take much more if she intended to win.
A tendril of dark energy hovered around her, seemingly extending simply from the wavering aura surrounding her pale figure. The tendril slowly descended into her left pocket, replacing the job her left arm would normally perform. Basically, she was using her dark energy as her arm. Wrapping around a small round object, the tendril yanked it out and threw it to the ground, revealing another marble she intended to use. This, however, was not black in colour. It was crimson in colour, and bore a different power than the last one.
Muttering another word, seemingly in German once more, the marble activated.
"Töten."
The red marble shattered, throwing its tiny little pieces everywhere around Raine, creating a perfect circle. All of this would be performed before he would be able to get close, since it activated quickly.
Snow was an ice user. Therefore, she must assume that fire had some form of effect on the man. As he neared her, the shards of marble ascended, rising up in less than a second and giving a rise to a fearsome flame. Not only was this a circle of fire around her, but it was a quickly expanding circle of fire around her. Snow would realize quickly that he would be trapped in the flames as he neared, in which he would be burnt badly. He was already advancing towards her, so it would probably be harder to stop since he was running right at her. Also, even if he should stop, the fire would expand at an incredibly fast rate, catching him in it that way too.
If this fire should envelop him, it would feel like he was trapped in Hell itself. Raine, however, controlled the power enough so that it would spare his life, yet still damage him to the point of serious injury.
This was the price of advancing towards her.
As this was happening though, the clone itself had launched its own attack towards him, except it would be hardly noticeable to Snow. Dark energy had leaked off of the clone's feet, sinking into the ground beneath the ice, debris, and whatever else may be scattered about the floor. Traveling underneath the ground, her dark energy intended to rise up underneath him at about the time the fire would be exploding, in which the dark energy intended to bind his feet in place so that he would not be able to move. In fact, the dark energy would be a little faster than the fire, so he might be bound before the fire even activated.
As so, the dark acid energy, if it should bind him, would also begin to seep into his skin, almost acting like a poison.
((This post might be a bit bloody long. o.o; ))
