Endgame.
The ice shattered and fragments went flying around both men, blood stained pieces of lucid crystal that reflected the singular smile hidden underneath blood and sweat.
Vahn's spearing hand (same move used against that Dragon in PoC) was met with Lazenca's left hand-- pierced -- and simply passed through.
If a solid block of ice and dragon's hide were suspectible to being pierced, then what did that say for mere flesh and muscle? Vahn's right hand would simply continue through Lazenca's opposing arm, shearing the very arm in twain as if someone were pulling apart a branch, revealing sickly sweet bark beneath.
The left side of Vahn's body was chillingly numb, the ice formed along those body parts and a good portion of his back evident of how he had done his best to evade the freezing.
The amount of space both fighters were in was severely restrictive, and not even giving enough space for those who want to run or avoid-- much like Shin had found out.
So reaching out to stab forth in the span of a few seconds wasn't far fetched, and as the freezing had begun to take place, Vahn would have already been biting deep into his opponent.
The ability to feel pain was often misconstrued as a liability. A weakness of the human body.
True... for some, the banishment of pain unlocked the limits of the human body, enabling them to push forward. However... it also removed the only 'danger sense' the body had.
Pain was a way of the body signaling caution to it's owner.
So that when one was shot with a bullet, they would know that the bullet hurts and they shouldn't get shot again.
Such was the case... as Vahn's right hand began cleaving through Lazenca's left hand--- where initially had it been felt one would have immediately begun to retract said arm.
Was the wolf going to lose an entire arm for trying to reach out at the fanged moon itself?
So by the time Lazenca was aiming to palm Vahn's head... there would be nothing worth sending synapses to the brain for.
The hand and arm was literally in pieces.
Vahn's right knee, bent from the final thrust of his 'spear', would send his bare right foot onto the blood soaked mat, solidifying his base even as his left side dragged, and causing the beginnings of something very familiar.
All that blood steamed away, even as the heat generated from the flames at the base of his right foot began to swirl around Vahn's right leg.
It was indeed a mistake to allow Vahn this much access...
"Heat."
It was a technique which used the fulcrum-based transference skill of "reverse striking" to transmit the user's power through the air. This is achieved by collecting the rotational force of one's motion until it forms unto a needle, forged by the intense heat. At that point, that collected atmospheric force would then be directed from the circular motion, through the shoulder, into a straight line (via punch), where it is sent barreling into the target.
After the spear had cleaved through, Vahn's right hand would have been left pointing directly towards Lazenca's chest, the flat fingers snapping suddenly into a fist, knuckle extending forward for that vital push. Even if Lazenca's right arm was still functional, the intensely close proximity of both their bodies afforded the luxury that with the shock of losing an entire arm, and the face of death literally looking up at the alpha male, he wouldn't be able to stop what happened next.
Lazenca, already backed up against the ropes, would be literally blasted backwards, through them and out the ring.
One Inch Heat.
