AEKEA CONSTRUCTION SITE
Piles of cinderblocks, huge concrete pipes, metal rods stacked on truck beds, and heavy machinery; hard hat terrain.
Terrain
General - The construction site is lined with massive pipes, pits, and heavy construction vehicles.
Weapons - Lead pipes, cinderblocks, wires, jackhammers, saws, and the likes.
Bonus Effects - None.
"Oi, boss says ts time ta clear out."
"Eh? Why's that? Dont our shifts end in three hours?"
"Yeah... but 'eaven or 'ell be using this site."
"... wait, you mean that fighting tournament?"
"Aye."
And even as the construction workers were clearing out of the site, leaving machines running, and loads on cranes, television crews were already starting to enter the area, setting up their equipment.

The dust rose as moving boots kicked the tiny particles into the air. Traffic would flow through it, men moving out and men moving in to have the show be presented to the media. Yet behind all this, he was unnoticed. The dust cleared and the working men had left the area; leaving behind only a single man. Sieg sat by his lonesome upon a dirt mound, elbows resting upon his knee's as he chewed upon a stick of Ostrich jerky. His desert yellow eyes scanned the area, memorizing it and making sure that little would catch him by surprise. Sieg had got there early, he let his team sleep in...but....

It wouldn't be long until the Jedi fighter of the team would be simply next to Sieg with his arms crossed. His hat was held down over his face while his visible eye was held shut in a sort of meditative place. His spiritual body was feeling the surroundings to get a better feel of the place and the possibilities.
For a person such as Peppa, his mind was going numb with all of the possibilities.
For a man who could push without touching, the construction site was a never ending possibility of dominoes. A sandbox sort of feeling if you're in the mood for puns.
Once having finished, the Jedi would open his right eye before looking up to the sky.

When he had been notified that his fight was with Team Lu Bu, he practically jumped out of his skin with excitement. He may not know who all else was on the team, but he knew Sieg E'stuffuan was going to be there ready to get his Jesus on. He couldn't wait to fight that man. And he knew that he would probably fight him and the rest of his team. This time Kenji wasn't going to go light. He was against the martial artist champ of Gaia and it's only Christian. He couldn't afford to go easy.
He waltzed onto the construction site. st he was on a ****** construction site! He began memorizing his surroundings. There were loads of power tools just lying around. There were machines left running as the workers began to evacuate the site. And that was Kenji's que. One of the last men that had been leaving was headed toward him. Not a very smart thing to do. Kenji grabbed the little Hispanic man by the wrist with one hand and took what he was holding with his other hand. It was a PVC pipe. He pushed the man out of the way and let him go.
"Good to see ya', Sieg. And Peppa. Let's hope God and the Force are on my side."
Kenji held the five foot pipe with his right hand. He pointed the pipe at Sieg.
"I'm calling you out, champ."
Kenji was approximately 30 yards from Team Lu Bu.

Hunter Graves entered the scene. He didn't actually know anyone here, - his boss worked for some old rich guy in France, and that guy happened to be an acquaintance of some investment broker named Noire. Whoever this Noire fellow was, it was certain his infamy exceeded his popularity, and being the team leader for this group felt more like being a mascot for a loser than a tournament fighter. His boss placed a ward on his tattoos for this tournament, leaving him almost completely helpless in the face of paranormal monstrosities, and he hoped they wouldn't creep out of the shadows in his moment of weakness.
he ran his fingers through his white hair, pushing the few black strands out of his eyes and getting them partially snagged on the fingerless gloves, before adjusting his new belt set. He had no doubt his opponents would resort to the same occultic measures the previous did, but felt little to nothing about it in light of the deciding factor of the previous loss. He didn't agree with the judges in most things, but he couldn't deny the fact that Uther had more in common with a Cruiser than a warrior. If he could make calls, he would demand Uther strip the armor and fight like a.. oh for ******** sakes. Who gave a shat, as long and he got paid for entering the most rigged event in his 29 years of life, he could keep his club running, and maybe live long enough to see the end...

As Peppa was trying to have his moment with being cool and collected, a hand pushes him in the back so hard that he was likely to go falling onto the ground face first if he doesn't catch himself in time from looking at the sky for so long. Behind him stood Athena, smiling happily as she had her hands on her hips, enjoying the foul play she just pulled on one of her teammates.
"Haha, where's your force now?"
She was making fun of his jedi ways, finding the man still a weird addition to their team. She was looking for martial arts fighters like her, not a sword user like Peppa that came out of the blue. If he was this weak in body, she was going to be disappointed.
She walks over to Sieg, looking down at him as she then turns her view to the team before them, letting her smile decrease in intensity.
"So, they're our opponents this round, it seems?"
From higher ups, on the wrecking ball as it lowers itself into view. A man stood upon the ball as it continues to lower down then he yelled at the opposing team.

When Peppa was collecting himself he was doing multiple things. Expanding his spiritual essence to prepare for a fight, and feel the area around him in a way that is much more accurate than sight. Through this great power that seemed to alienate him from everyone, he could feel much more and know his surroundings far easier.
Which by knowing surroundings, that would imply Athena coming up from behind to slam into him. Peppa hadn't expected the slam, seeing how it had no physical harm intent and didn't provide any danger, but he did expect her to touch him.
Regardless, he'd stumble forward a bit, taken off guard by her sudden aggression. The man was strong with the body, trained to move like a swordsman and having imprinted reflexes of combat into his very essence so that he could use the force easier while fighting...
He just couldn't perform submissions.
Got a problem Athena?
Peppa couldn't see through her. She was on his team yet mocking him of his assets. Atop of it she was randomly pushing him. Things weren't adding up.

Ryu merely chuckles as he leans up against the wrecking ball then looks to the sky with a huge grin upon his face then looks directly towards the man, "I don't care if you're Noire, Snore, Whore, or even a Wanna-Be Vore, Hunter...."
His neck cracks as he lifts himself up from the ball walking forward, "Bring any of your challenge, and watch it fall a part." His eyes became more of an oceanic fury as they flare like flames.

Sieg stood up and rolled his neck out.
"Ok Ryu. I got kenji. Do you want the white haired guy first. Or do you want me to go.
Quite frankly. I would be glad to settle our old score now.";
Sieg said to Ryu. Sieg then looked at Athena, the mortal angel that chose him and filled him with pride. His previous comment would answer her question. Sieg then looked back at ryu, then to kenji.

"Don't take that man lightly Athena. I have stood against armies willingly with this man's help and he has the most heart I've ever seen in any fighter. Do you know that he gave his life once...for this teams victory."

Ryu begins laughing, then he notices Kenji at the same moment, listening intently on the exchange of words between Kenji and Sieg. Ryu's eyes avert from the white-haired man known as Hunter, since he took a glance at his FIGHTER previously to know who was on the other time.
"Hmm, Sieg, hold on for a moment..." Ryu begins counting the opposing members of the team, "They're not all here, and Sieg, if you want to, man. I heard about you and Kenji... I'll respect that and let you go first."
Ryu laughs once more as for some reason seeing this team was bringing out his intensity and creating more of an elaboration that he's ready to pounce into battle.

"The warrior in me calls for battle now ryu, be it as a participant or a spectator and I do not want to wait for anyone. However. If kenji...and this other man he has brought along agree's. I will fight him now."
Sieg begins bouncing as a wrestler does before a match. He would bounce lithely on the balls of his feet, twisting his waist back and fourth in both directions, while simultaneously shaking his arms out and rolling out his neck. His eyes however, remained locked on kenji. It was the same gaze that Wanderlei Silva gave his opponents before the match. Sieg rarely ever even had this expression on his face, he honestly wanted to hurt kenji. There was bad blood between them.

Ryu's hand goes directly towards Sieg's shoulder as he approaches then stands beside him, "Well, now, Sieg. That's the Protector talking with you." He looks over towards Kenji then back at Sieg, "I notice that fire is about to return, but be in control Sieg, I remember last time you unleashed that beast."
"I ain't going to hell. I'm going to heaven to ****** Jesus in the a."
Kenji chuckled under his breath backing up a few paces as he spoke. He was going to distance himself from the enraged moral cop juggernaut. He had to think of a strategy. And he had one.
"Sieg, did I tell you 'bout that time I raped Josie? Mighty fine p***y, I tell ya. Mr. Skywalker didn't wear her out enough."
He was ready.

"Arghhh....I'M GOING TO BREAK YOU AND YOUR BLASPHEMY!"
It seemed as if Siegs body temperature seem to rise. As he shouted, the veins about his muscular neck and head seemed to become more defined. The air around him seemed to hold the same distortion as a long road on a hot sunny day. Sieg was pissed. Old memories flooded back. His desert yellow eyes would twinkle with the blaze of a desert sun.
His fist clinched. He listened to what Ryu said and would focus on his breathing to calm himself. He needed to keep his anger from clouding his judgment. He focused his spirit, focusing on the concept of 'tekken' and then he would take his boxing like MMA stance; shifting into it in a single motion. As his hands rose a strange distortion seemed to build about them, his forearms and his shins.
Sieg would begin to move forward towards the retreating kenji, coming forward with the shuffle step instead of the run that most expected of a man of Siegs size. As Sieg came forward, he would pump his knee's lowering and rising his position for a moment. As he did this he would dip his right hand down into the dirt and would rip from the dusty ground a large cement brick that he would make a underhanded toss; throwing the object at kenji's chest.
Siegs right hand would rise up back to guard and he would keep moving forward with the intent to close the distance. He watched his surroundings and kenji. He knew of his malevolent manner.

Kenji let out a roar of laughter.
He wasn't an idiot. Fighting on Sieg's terms would cause him to lose and possibly KO'd in front of millions viewers who tuned in to watch an interesting fight. Many enjoyed his last fight. Many will enjoy this fight.
He retreated as Sieg threw the brick at him. He ran to his left and jumped on top of a five foot concrete wall landing solidly on both of his feet.

Immediately after seeing kenji dodge the to the left and run towards the wall Sieg would sprint in that direction as well. Sieg was in the top possible physical condition that a human could be in; not only in terms of speed but strength. Unless the same was true for kenji, Sieg would arrive at that wall at about the same time kenji would land on it. Sieg kept his guard up immediately after getting near kenji on the wall, knowing kenji still had the pipe in his hands. As Sieg got to the wall he would throw a left hook at the wall, hitting the concrete wall so hard that it would crumble down; causing kenji to fall into Siegs hand to hand range. As Siegs hand hit the wall he would release a loud kiai.

As soon as he knew Sieg was on his tail, he would kick with the back of his left heel a pile of twelve cinder blocks that were on the concrete wall to his left onto Sieg. After that he would jump onto another wall.

Uther would appear from sidelines and lean up near a bulldozer. He would watch the fight as it was going on nothing more but would just now watch how the fight would unfold.

Sieg would lean into the momentum of the left hook bobbing over to the right while simultaneously cocking his right hand down to the right, while returning his left hand to guard. Sieg would step towards the jumping kenji, with no intent on letting him escape.
Sieg would then unleash a legendary boxing technique.
Sieg would begin throwing a series of right and left shovel hooks, while bobbing his head left and right with the punch's while charging forward. This allowed him to evade a lot of the cinder blocks, letting them fly over head and punch into the dust the ones that he could not evade. The power to destroy cinder blocks so easily came from tekken, and the utilization of his entire upper body strength.
Siegs punch's flashed like a machine gun muzzle, like ROLLING THUNDER in the heavens!
This was the Dempsey roll.
Because Sieg charged through the cinder blocks instead of evading them, he would be able to catch up with kenji mid jump right behind him. Sieg would then perform one of his personal techniques.
SHOOT!
Sieg would burst forward suddenly, lifting up his tall body and reaching out with his tall arms to grab around the opponents thighs with his left shoulder against the back of the opponents legs.
Literally. SIeg would snatch him out the air.
Instead of going for the german suplex which most did because it was popularized by mata leon; Sieg would instead secure the opponents legs squeezing them together so that the opponent would have few defenses. Sieg would clasp his hands together with the wrestling clasp and then push the opponent down with his left shoulder with the power of his back. It would be done so quickly that the crowd would find it difficult to follow.
This would cause the opponent to fall face forward into the debree riddled ground, hard!
Sieg would lift his butt in the air to keep his shoulder pressed down on the back of the opponents thigh's preventing him from building a base as Sieg walked his legs up to take the back mount.
He knew he couldn't get away from Sieg's all mighty jump and grab technique. So, when he was in mid flight over to the next concrete wall, Kenji dropped the pipe. It wouldn't serve it's cause now. As he dropped the pipe, he would put his hands down his pants to the sides of his a**.
Then Sieg finally got ahold of him. He landed hand into the dirt, his face getting scratched and scarred from all the debris. He had landed on his face with Sieg practically on top of him. Once Sieg had the opponent down he would be able to lower his crotch down against the small of the opponents back. During this lowering of his crotch Sieg would release the opponents legs because now that Sieg was pressing the opponents center of gravity down and preventing him from building a base, they would be irrelevent.
During this Sieg watched the opponent and would know he had reached for something. So as soon as the opponent stabbed back with the knife had drawn, a difficult and slow movement to perform without the ability to twist the waist; Sieg would simply cover his chest with his arms adorned in his own spiritual gauntlets; block the knife.
Sieg would then grab the arm's wrist with his right hand and then extend the arm out straight to kenji's right side. Sieg would then slide his right knee up and on top of the opponents right arm.
"AUUUUUUUUUGHHHHHHH!"
Sieg would begin to focus his spiritual energy and tense his muscles. Sieg would tense his muscles so suddenly that the clothing on his upperbody would rip off.
Sieg would then begin to punch the opponent rapidly in the back of the head with both arms while screaming.
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
TATATATATATATATATATATATATTA
TATATATATATATATATATATATA
TATATATATTATATATATATATATATA
WA! TAH!"
Siegs voice had turned trill and sounded like a crying bird. His fist would fly so rapidly that they would simply become a blur to the crowd. Sieg would punch the opponent without the intent to kill him, knowing how much the human body could take...but simply to beat him so that he would eat through a straw for the rest of his life and never hurt or rape anyone again.

Siegs hands were up, prepared to give him the hundred cracked fist again.
At this point. The crowd was livid. They were screaming for more of this.
Kenji closed his eyes.

Sieg knew that if he did that move again to the back of the head. Even kenji would die but Sieg was not letting this match go on another second. Sieg would lean back lifting his right arm,
"Uaaaggghhh"
Sieg would throw a powerful right elbow, with all the strength his upper body and soul could muster. His target would be the back of the opponents neck. It would have just enough power and intent to knock him out, nothing more nothing less.
"WA! TAH! (kiai)"

Uther would have charged in to the fight, however he had no armor on now so basically he was faster and could catch up to this very fast. Easily he would get behind Seig with his giant mace.
He was behind Seig, of course he ran so silently and swiftly he could not really be heard mainly well no armor on and the machenery in the background drowning out his movement sounds.
With such Uther would attack Seig on the back of the head with his giant mace, it would be swift and it would happen the moment Seig leaned back lifting his right arm. So the strike would happen at that time, Seig may be able to hit Kenji but the fact he was busy with Kenji nearly ensured that this giant slab of metal would be smacked up the backside of Seig's head most likely knocking him out.

Sieg twisted his in a counter clockwise turn as he came down with the right elbow. Sieg held the intent to hit kenji again if he did not immediatly concede the match and in prepreation to fulfill that intent his left hand arm would come up in an L position, as a breaker would do with an elbow; coming up above the back of his head.
Yet unknowingly Sieg felt something hard slam against his 'tekken' augmented left forearm. Sieg turned his head slowly to look at Pendragon. He gave him that, 'after this, I'm gonna beat your a**' look. The mace may have just cracked on SIegs tekken covered forearm.

Oh s**t...
It happened.
Sieg had lost his mind.
The polite and compassionate man that was once there was replaced by pure ANGR FIST. It was obvious. Sieg never cursed. For a mouth that had spoke the praises of the lord should never dirty itself with filthy words. He never had any intent in his fist but love...but Kenji's evil had beaten that...it worn it away and in a way...Kenji had hurt Sieg.
Ryu, Peppa, Athena...
Anybody...needed to get Sieg out of there before he took kenji out and went for the rest of kenji's team.
"Ha ha ha ha ha, you're funny." Ryu flicks his hair behind his ears as he looks back towards the battle.
Peppa would cross his arms as he continued watching the fight intently. Even as Sieg lost it more Peppa would compose himself. He was preparing himself for an exit of some sort. His team mate might not have control but Peppa wasn't going to allow Sieg to jeopardize it for the rest of them.
Dammit Sieg....
The fight wasn't over yet entirely but Peppa had to make sure he could control the situation. Last he remembered there were yellow flags for intent to kill and Sieg was pretty much on that spot.

Hunter wonders about these rules for a moment and prepares to do something, then changes his mind, pulling out the manual, pages flipping madly and without skill.

Sieg was not able to be stabbed in his current position on top of kenji. The reason was that Sieg currently had his right knee posted on top of the opponents right bicep; keeping it from moving. This also meant that Sieg was high up on the opponents back turned slightly towards the opponents left. Stabbing him from that position would be hard if not impossible because the opponent would have to reach up, behind his back and farther than his right shoulder with his left hand...
Sieg could feel the opponent figit beneath him. This would cause him to look and see kenji reaching to poke Sieg with the knife. Sieg would thrust his left arm down to grab the opponents left wrist. Sieg would stretch the opponent's left arm out to the opponents left arm as he had done with the opponents ri arm and then slide his left knee on top of the bicep to prevent it from moving.
Sieg would then let go of the wrist.
With Sieg sitting on the opponents upper back, and with both of the opponents arms beneath Siegs knee's. The opponent was for the most part, immobile and without defense.
Tears of manliness streamed down Siegs face, there was a serious internal conflict going on within him. All the hate, all the anger that had built up in Sieg with his 10 year long fight against the evil in gaia...It was fighting against Siegs inherently good nature.
He sat there...with tears dripping on the back of kenji's head.
Most of the crowd leaned in to catch the view of Sieg as he simply sat there on top of kenji, in tears. Siegs teeth clinched. The anger and fury burned in his eyes.
Siegs fans would scream:
'STOP THE FIGHT. STOP IT. STOP IT'
no fan of Sieg wanted to see there hero shed blood but they saw that he was in pain, and had lost himself in it.
Kenji was defenseless and yet, no matter how much Sieg hit him, he was not going to be knocked out. Why did the judges not stop it.

Sieg would grab onto the opponents ears and attempt to rip them off.
"see...No evil."
Sieg would grab around the opponents head and attempt to claw his eyes out with his fingers but only if he could rip the ears.

If Sieg could remove the opponents eyes, his fingers would work down to grab kenji's lower jaw. Yet hopefully ryu or someone could speak some words of encouragement to stop Sieg from showing this last scene of brutality
Or maybe they would speak some words long before then...and Sieg wouldn't have to maim kenji.

s**t was going to happen if Kenji wasn't going to be defending himself. Peppa couldn't allow this to go on much longer as Sieg attempted to tear his opponents face off.
For some reason, it almost seemed the earth was about to quake with fury, but then Ryu yelled as loud as he could.
"YO, SIEG, YOU SHOULD WAKE THE HELL UP RIGHT NOW. WE GOT HEAVEN AND HELL GOING ON... NO NEED TO BE SENDING SOMEONE TO HELL RIGHT NOW, WE CAN DO THAT AFTER THE TOURNAMENT."
OOC - Having internet troubles at the moment.
Kenji's face was getting multilated. He had turned the greatest fighter for the side all that was good and true into a savage. He had nothing else left. He was pinned down. He had no more cards to play. He was in checkmate. This was what it came down to. He was about to get wasted on national TV by Gaia equivalent to the Pope. And in all respects he deserved it.
As his ears tore off he screamed.
"Keep at it! I think your clearing my sinuses!"
Then he went after the eyes and Kenji yelled back in hysterical laughter.
"You're me! You're me! You've turned into me, Jesus ********>
Athena's right hand was up to her face, her fingers tensed against her eyebrows and cheek as her head was lowered and eyes closed, her left hand against her hips. She did not have anything to say to the matter at hand in the case of Sieg going rage on Kenji. It seemed like this was a problem that had to be resolved between them and only them, so she was not going to break that up. After all, she liked Sieg showing some rage once in a while instead of remaining all goody-goody. She still loved him regardless, but she did want a fearsome type of lover more than one of those rose-bearing pansies who spit those corny poetic lines.
Striker- Defensive
This wasn't a fight.
Not even.
Sieg was proceeding to tear off what Sieg really was via Kenji's face. Which, despite how much Peppa secretly enjoyed in it, he could not allow. This was a fight, not torture camp 08.
So with that, Peppa would turn hold his wrist up before flicking on the striker option.
What do you know, first time.
Oh right, what does Peppa do?
Aided by the force, he would come in like a charging bull. It wouldn't be long before Peppa would be performing a leaping tackle into Siegs side in a attempt to simply knock the man off of Kenji and onto the ground. The match was over.

Peppa. Tackles Sieg off of Kenji hard and Sieg lands somewhere off of kenji...
Sieg lays there for a moment...
His eyes would shift back to there normal color and Sieg would sit up suddenly, looking around, as if he was confused. He then looked down at peppa who's arms were around his waist.
"Peppa...What...?"
Sieg looked around until he noticed something in his hands. He looked down at them...
And there were kenji's eyes.
Sieg looked over towards kenji's fallen body covered in his own blood.
"Oh my god..."
Sieg said sickly, just before he dropped the eyeballs and covered his mouth as if he was about to hurl.
"Well, that was over pretty quick."
Athena says this, standing where she was with a frown on her face. Well, maybe it was good for Peppa to have stopped Sieg ahead of time. After all, killing was against the rules, so it was in their best interests to not send someone to their grave. She looks at Sieg as he seemed to be showing amnesia to what just happened, his hurling attempt having her just stare quietly, shifting her eyes onto Kenji.
"..."
Well, looks like the fight just may be over. A judge would casually step into the fighting area, heading towards Kenji. If he didnt move or have any reaction at all. The judge would kneel down, ask if he was still alive through the metal helmet, and check the FIGHTER bracelet whether or not he answered. 'Cause you know, he might be unconscious or somehting.
Kenji laughed insanely. His eyes had been gauged out of his head by the man he once called brother. His ears were plucked off his head like feathers. Good would always triumph over evil. That never got through his head.
"Could someone get me a glass of water?"
He laughed some more. He was starting to sound a lot like a hyena.

Peppa would be off of Sieg at this point, after having performed the tackle he would stand up. He was sure the ten seconds were up but the actual match had been finished with a defensive striker. A timely one, any more and he could see that Peppa's tournament career would've been ended much much sooner.
Than Sieg, the overzealous pent up paladin, would begin to crawl into gross realizations. The sort that Peppa had whenever he would let anger consume in any way. It was than that Peppa would be noticing the cruel irony in both Sieg's and Peppa's lives.
They lived to fight evil but contained the greatest capacity to do evil.
You should go lay down somewhere Sieg.
Peppa would than notice a lack of compassion of any sort from Athena. He would inwardly frown at this. She either was a stone wall on the outside or wasn't much above all of this.
He didn't like to think so.
The judge would be coming now while Kenji laughed insanely. The man was a nut job and shouldn't've even been allowed here in the first place.
The judge waved the medical crew over. 'Cause it looked like the fight was over. Then Kenji would get his water, as well as some treatement to those gaping holes in his face.

Sieg would hurry over to a trash can after peppa got off him out of the fighting area and he would just hang out there for a moment. Sieg was shaking all over. The mix of feelings that he was experiencing right now jolted his core and he felt as if he did not know himself; something Sieg had not felt sense he was a child. This was the first time Sieg had ever 'lost it' and the worse part was, Sieg didn't even remember how it happened...The attempt to remember was interrupted by Sieg hurling.
The world around him was spinning. He was about to fight kenji...Then kenji said something...and then Sieg found peppa on top of him. Sieg was now most worried about what this thing was. Sieg thought he had examined his soul and knew himself completly but something so deep within him, hidden so well in the darkness of his soul had escaped and invaded him.
Sieg sat down with his back to the trash can. Closed his eyes and attempted to focus; to still his chaotic thoughts so that he may begin to meditate and find this thing hidden in the darkness.
Athena wasn't incapable of compassion. That wasn't the case at all. She just was stronger when it came to situations like this because she had been around the block to not get so coughed up over the worst things. While Sieg was someone on the good side, Athena was inbetween, having seen things good and bad from both alignments of this world. To see him rip Kenji's eyes out did caused her eye to twitch, but she was quiet, having a mental resistance against such a horror. Maybe she did want Sieg to beat Kenji to a pulp. Maybe she was a monster who lacked emotion.
Or maybe she just wanted to remain on the more strong end of this emotional spectrum. Athena walks over to Sieg as he sat down and meditates. She opens her mouth, but stops, not exactly knowing what to say and how to say it, causing her to sigh and look at the medics as they arrive at Kenji.
"Let me ask you one thing, Sieg. Are you afraid of the dark?"

Sieg was breathing hard. His chest was heaving. He couldn't even gain the focus to enter a meditative state. Sieg needed a good night sleep first. Then athena sat next to Sieg and Sieg would keep stairing forward and the puddle of blood over towards where the fight was...He would think about if for a moment...
The meaning of the question.

He looks her in the eye showing her something she had never seen in them. Terror.
Athena looks back at him in the eyes, seeing in fact the terror that lied within them. She was not a psychologist, so she was not good at this type of stuff when it came to trying to cheer people up or making them feel better with encouraging words. But maybe it was the love she had for him that made her more confident to speak and answer him. Or answer as best as she could.

She stands to her feet, her hands wiping the dirt off her pants.
"But I have. Usually, whenever I see someone show such weakness to this type of situations, I tell them to suck it up. But...you're someone special to me, so for once, I am going to help you through this, Sieg. After all, this is what I have devoted myself to."
"Sieg! You there! Meant to tell ya' your girlfriend looks like a prude."
Kenji laughed as the medics took him away.

Athena would be walking back with him, at least glad he was a bit better, though she couldn't help but feel slightly embarassed with his "maniless crying."
Then she heard a very powerful insult, causing her to stop and look in Kenji's direction. She started to grow from neutral to angry in an instance of a second, shouting in his direction with her strong voice.
"SAY THAT TO ME AGAIN, AND YOU'LL BE MISSING A TONGUE!"
Sieg wasn't the only one who could show some heat.

Athena exhales, letting the anger settle, before looking to the team.
"So, if you don't mind, how about I go next, Sieg. Ryu here looks like he still hasn't warmed up with his shadow boxing over there and your Peppa needs to grow a few more pounds before he even considers fighting in this type of place."
She was, of course, making jokes about them in her usual way, not caring whether she made them laugh or pure angry. At least she had the position to get away with it.

Sieg said. Sieg would lay down for a second on the side. He laid on his side, so that he could still watch the fight. He would wake up if he needed to striker but for now...
He needed to sleep.
She smiles as he seemed to lie down, finding him sort of cute and adorable in that way. Maybe it wasn't bad to see him like this, after all. She, too, had a soft side, but it was rarely shown to the public. And on purpose, too. She had an image to keep and uphold as the Iron Maiden.
Turning face, she walks forward until she gets into the neutral zone of this place, waving her right hand in the direction of Team Flashbacks.
"If we're done playing the quiet game, how about we get this next fight started? If you thought the first fight was brutal, you haven't seen anything yet! If you want to, you two can give up and run home with your tails between your legs while you still can. But if you're ready to go the next level, step up NOW!"
Sieg would not be allowed to sleep though, yet.

Sieg would answer robotically. Siegs intentions could be argued, but Sieg had ironed into his psyche one fundemental rule. There were ten of them in all...

She was venting her anger on her teammate, and she didn't like the feeling of it. But whenever she was not in a good mood, the closest person was likely to receive the wrath of it. Just wait till she enters into physical combat with her next foe. Things were not going to go well, especially with so much opportunity for brutal combat surrounding them in the form of machinery, pipes, and other tempting wonders.

Ryu chuckes a bit as he looks to her, "Make sure not to have the intent to kill in mind, we lose points for that, and now, if you'll excuse me... I'll go help my brother." Ryu turns and walks over towards Sieg then kneeling to his side, "Hey, man... just calm down. I knew this would happen sooner or later, and this isn't the first time you unleashed it."
Athena just mumbles. She was known for having any intent to hurt someone. When it came to killing, she was not that violent to bring someone's life to an end unless she really had to. And though she held that moral, she had an easier time of making a moral decision like that than Sieg did. Mainly due to her lack of a religious background. She still could not see how Sieg dealt with someone like her. But opposites attract, it seemed.
"Let's get on with the next match, shall we?" Ryu looks around.
Uther would just glance at Seig as he would take his position back at the bulldozer. Shame filled Uther however it was not the loss that struck his conscious it was the fact the hit Seig from behind. Granted Uther was teamed with men who lacked honor it did not mean Uther had none. He did what he had to do, but it still made him feel sick.
However he did look at Seig, he knew something was wrong. The fight is not what got to him at all but something else. It was obvious...too obvious. Uther had seen many things in his day which put what goes on in this tournament to shame. After all this was a game, just a fight between people like a sparing match but with more on the line. Really Uther came here to test his own skills and just thought it was a casual thing but after seeing Seig's condition perhaps more was happening then what was to be let on.
Uther kept his thoughts to himself of course as to not raise hatred between himself and opponents. After all why create hate from a simple game of hit and run? Uther would gaze upon Seig and then break his gaze to look in front of him as Uther would walk on wards.
"Hey you!
Athena was referring to Uther, who was seeming to be in his own little world.

Uther would look at Athena now shaking off his thoughts, he of course was a good 20 feet from her and would speak. "Me and you are next correct my lady?" He would ask to her, not in a insulting way but as a polite manner. Uther in nature was an honorable man but of course with this he was always kind to women. Though ironic he would most likely have to fight a female.
Now the only issue here was Uther did not have his armor on, just mere clothing. So he was this giant of a man with a large mace in his right hand and his left holding nothing as he let the steel head of the weapon touch the ground.

Doesn't look like the pregnant one's gonna make it eh? That's too bad. I'll give Kenji the good news once they get him on the I-V. His armor is stated as being X-thick in 'some places'. Seeing as Google failed to give me a quicksearch answer for average thickness, I'll guesstimate at 1/8" (3mm). So he's wearing a full suit of armor that weighs something in the area of 200 lbs.
His shield is 2880 cu. inches of steel. 816.24 lbs.
So all in all he's walking around in a suit of armor that it's possible to walk around in. Just not comfortable, easy, or feasable. Also, he's carrying half of a car to block for him.

We've repeatedly stated that we're not doing the math for you. He stated 'armor' he got 'armor'. He did not state 'super strength'. He did not get 'super strength'.
He can bring all the steel he wants. We'll laugh at him when he tries to lift it without any SUPER behind it.
Though it's wonderful that you brought this oversight to our attention. Henceforth Uther is not allowed to lift that shield off the ground. He can drag it, but that's the extent of his strength.
Any violation of this rule will result in Uther being carded for misuse. I'll be sure to let him know that you sold him out.

Uther can pick up his replacement armor and shield of reasonable proportions at the HoH Help Desk. As noted in the Manual, mundane equipment is provided to the contestants free of charge. Uther can have himself fitted for something that doesn't weigh as much as he does.
Ryu begins giving claps in a loud fashion. 1. Clap, 2. Clap, then he cracks his knuckles as he ventures to the edge of the fighting area then looks around.
"Okay, you pansies. It's time to rise and shine, it's another round to fight. I'm tired of waiting for your BS antics, and give me some damn entertainment. We already know that our captain is strong enough to handle you guys..." Ryu looks over his shoulder at the curled up Sieg in a fetal position still asleep, "And that's really not saying much at this point and time." Ryu continues talking back to the opponents as his fist slams into his hand.
"Let's get this party started again." Ryu makes the offer known to continue the match and not let up on the battles as he decides to shift his swords hilts around on his back to make sure they're sheathed towards the left shoulder. Ryu feels his arms throbbing as the muscles continue to pulsate.
"God... what a rush..."

Hono's rpc healed Kenji in the hotel today. So he is back to normal, kinda.
Ryu was feeling more impatience as the time kept going by. His eyes averting into their oceanic fury as he couldn't help but notice that most of the opposing team didn't know what to do now. Though there was a challenge to him earlier, but Athena wanted to fight that Uther guy... Ryu looks directly toward that Uther guy, and just chucks a laugh at him.
A boom-box was left at the site so Ryu turns it on, and ironically due to the situation, Ryu begins the air-guitar Iron Man as he suddenly sings part of the lyrics.
"Has he lost his mind?
Can he see or is he blind?
Can he walk at all,
Or if he moves will he fall?"
Ryu continues the guitar solo then suddenly stops as he stomps onto the boom-box then stares at the opponents. "Maybe I haven't been nice enough to say anything to you guys, but seriously... Let's get down with the fighting."
He turns on the radio as it continues Black Sabbath - "Iron Man"
"You ready?"
She points at Uther, seeing him standing there holding his weapon in his right hand. He didn't look all that enthusiastic to be fighting, but that just meant more reason for her to change that look on his face into one that screamed pain.
Ryu's patience with the opposing team is wearing fairly thin. To the point that there are signs of veins pulsating within the forehead as his teeth began grinding furiously.
He feels his entire body becoming tensed as his eyes transcend to their oceanic glory entirely. These cerulean hued orbs had a flare of flames that not many people would be capable of seeing from Ryu due to his calm, cool, and collective nature.
"Seriously... is he... or anyone... ready?"
"Hey, Athena... remember that spar I had in plan?" Ryu looks to her, "How about we do it now? I'm bored. Least you can entertain me for the moment."
He slams his fists together while he smirks.

Sieg had been sleeping for a while now. However, the fight that was supposed to have started a long time ago still had not began. Sieg would wake up and sit with his back to the concrete wall that his team was located around. He looked as if he was waking up from a bad nightmare or was just beginning to get over some vicious sickness.

A red headed woman neared the construction site, glancing around the place. She wouldn't have thought they'd have a fight here. She was expecting a huge dome-like arena.
The outfit she chose probably didn't suit the area. Now she wished she had thrown on her jeans to come search for her husband. At least if she fell and made a complete a** of herself she wouldn't be giving the whole world a view of what was underneath her skirt.
Lifting a hand to her brow, she furrowed it as she glanced around looking for Peppa. He couldn't be that hard to find. She should have been able to sense his aura, but not as well as he could do that. She'd have a better chance at concocting a spell that would deliver her right to him.

The Jedi would've been standing there with his arms crossed. He was half asleep at this moment, he felt like this was more of a chore than the pre-battle air. Which made the moment seem very dry and dull, with very very little feeling of anticipation in the air.
Than out of nowhere, something would catch Pep's attention. A essence that he knew very well. Within a moment the man would be turning around to the source, spotting out his favorite red head within moments. She was looking in all the wrong places, which was sad considering he was standing way out in the open in the middle of nothing.
Whatever it was, he'd wave her down while walking up towards her. Hopefully she'd meet him half way.

Peppa would be all teeth faised when she would embrace him. Sure his gear made it a little awkward in some parts but at least he wore nothing on the chest and what not. He was still very much huggable.
He'd respond as she took a step back. He loved and hated surprises. There was a whole huger complex about this about wanting to make sure everyone was safe and border line control mixed in with a want to have everything unpredictable.
It was a conflicting feeling.

Yeah it's serving me just well, and it's pretty against the rules. I've already put in all the paper work and everything. Heavan or hell tries to keep things balanced.

We've only had one match done. Sieg versus Kenji....Kenji and I used to be friends. He's a much darker person and I'm a much lighter person.....the match didn't end well between the two. If Sieg wasn't such a religious nut lately we would've been DQ'd for manslaughter...
"Okay...you got me there." Claris blushed. Of course she missed her husband. He kept her on her toes.
"That sounds fine. It'll take him some time to get used to it." Secretly she didn't mind the panther sleeping with her, sometimes. If he wasn't hogging the bed it took up that empty spot in bed. Sleeping alone was getting to her too.
The moment he raised a finger she flashed a smile. "I know. I'm sorry. I can't help it. Next time there's a tourney I'm going and you stay home. Trust me you'll know exactly how it feels to sit and watch the person you love fighting on the tube. It gets worrisome."
Slipping her fingers into his, she stepped closer to him. "I was hoping you'd like the company. I'll stay and watch."
She frowned as he spoke of his old friend. "Maybe he just needs a guiding hand to show him the light again." That was really all she had to say on that. If the man was playing with demons he'd probably never get away from that.

Sieg said walking into the scene, with his eyes washed out with the remnants of sleep. Sieg had just waken up, from bad dreams where he searched his own mind only to be turned away by a dark corner so deep and dank that he did not even know it existed. Sieg was amazed by himself. Had his mind hid this part of him in meditation simply to allow Sieg to reach a false optimism as it related to self understanding. He felt estranged to his own being and that could never be good for a martial artist.
Sieg had until next round to get comfortable with himself. Athena told him that this was Siegs 'dark side' but Sieg had not reached a unison with this dark side. He was simply not comfortable with having one. Yet he understood taoist concepts, and he knew he would never be rid of this darkside...lest he destroy his very existance.
"So who is this young lady peppa?"
Sieg walked into the young womans midst. Yet even as his hansom visage bore a beautiful smile and his eyes gazed at her compassionately; as he did all acquaintances - his mind lingered on thoughts focused inward.

Peppa was slow at the punch, so Claris extended her hand out to Sieg. "I'm Clarisant, but you can just call me Claris. I can only assume that you must be Sieg." She wanted to make sure she was right in thinking so.
"I'm Peppa's wife." In case Peppa never said anything about being married. She'd love to see him try to get himself out of that one.

"Eh, not like it'd take much time with you anyway, it's just a spar not a fight to the death." He chuckles a bit then looks off to the side noticing a spectator coming around on Peppa's behalf. Then the woman made him think about the person who wanted to see him, whoa... where was she anyway? Where's Akako?
He sighs a bit then looks off to the wrecking ball, sizing it up for the moment as his raven silken hair flows within the pony-tail it was in. A few strands of the blue hair billowed in front of his face as he places both palms against the wrecking ball, he then pushes it a bit. "Hmm..." He looks to his FIGHTER then looks back across to the gathering of his teammates, "This is going to be one long match... I'm getting really bored here."

He needs to know his surroundings before the match anyway, and it'd be nice to find something important to use within the battle itself.

Claris glanced to the man talking to her and nodded. After he passed them she whispered to Sieg and Peppa. "They should put up a fence if they don't want people near the construction site period." She shrugged. The actually fighting was in the center of the site from what she understood.
"That sounds nice Sieg. I wish you both good luck." She smiled then gave Peppa a kiss on the cheek before walking even farther away from where the fight was, which meant she couldn't see the fight very well. If she hadn't come out already she'd go back to the luxury of her and Peppa's home to get a better view on the tube.

His hand went towards the wall, but it stopped before the wall. "Sheesh, man... I'm bored..."

Page would have saw the entire fight between Kenji and Sieg. If you could even call it a fight. He had been in the stands watching. It seemed that divine justice had finally come to Kenji but at a price to Sieg's holiness or whatever the martial artist called it. Page had been hoping to see one of Kenji's whacked out plans but instead he was given a beat down not even a fight. Page thought Sieg had honor but he guessed that he was wrong. Yes, to Page it looked like he had been dead wrong. Was this the enemy that he had respected? There were only a few people that Page respected, Sieg being one of them. Well, Page would continue watching the fights however as he watched his thoughts would be on the fight Sieg just had with Kenji. He could not do anything for Kenji now but due to his loyalty to Kenji, when the tournament ended he would pay Sieg "The man of God" tenfold the pain.

Surely, this appears to be a large construction area, but he suddenly thinks upon a plan to try and use the environment to his advantage.

Approaching to the destroyed wall where Sieg unleashed an onslaught upon Kenji, the blood was still fresh, Ryu checks upon the rubble trying to see if there's anything that was left here from that encounter.
"You know... we could really use all this to make a nice structure." Even though that was announced loudly, Ryu was truly just talking to himself trying to gather more material. He found a bag earlier through his scavenging in the area then takes most of the pieces of the blocks down on the ground creating a circular foundation.
"Don't worry, it won't be long, I'm just going to build a intricate structure." He begins smashing and using all sorts of tools found in the construction site that was left unguarded.

"You have got to be kidding..."
Continuing upon building he looked back at Hunter, "Hmm?" He shrugs a bit then begins placing a bunch of blocks upon the circle trying to create a better foundation for someone to stand.
"I'll be right back." Ryu walks off the scene and suddenly there's a beep beep beep sound coming from a vehicle as it backs up towards the arena slowly. It was a Cement Truck, and luckily, the keys were still in the vehicle. The truck was backed onto the circle then Ryu exits the vehicle then turns the cement tunnel to the circle and begins pouring in the cement.
"Luckily, this is fast drying cement." He chuckles a bit as he continues to pour until it was a smooth flat surface.
"What are you doing, Ryu?"
She was looking toward him with her arms folded, finding the situation both boring and irritating. And here was Ryu suddenly now building something using the construction tools around here, having her curious.
Using the small shovel to smooth out the concrete into a nice genuine surface to stand upon, Ryu begins admiring it.
"Well, Athena, this is a Construction Site. So, I decided to build something for my match. An elevated ring." He taps the surface which happens to be five feet in height, a five foot cylinder, what will he think of next?
"It's not done yet, but when it will be, my match will start here."
Ryu continued building some sort of structure, putting up support beams, anything he could find, but apparently this structure was becoming larger than it was before. Ryu used to do construction back in the day, so he knew about how to use the fulcrum and the way to balance anything upon a hard foundation.

Sieg stood next to athena. Watching Ryu build. Though Sieg stayed silent about ryu's intentions. Sieg believed that this hunter wouldn't be a problem for Ryu, with ryu being strong in pretty much all area's of combat; so he kind of wanted to get this over with so he could get something to eat. Sieg was kind of hungry, not tired, but hungry. Maybe he was confusing hunger with the dark void that Sieg seemed to notice within his being.
Sieg noticed athena had an irritated look on her face. He remembered that his team was not a family like it usually was. Peppa never knew ryu all that well...ryu didn't know athena...but Sieg knew them all...and he was the thin thread holding this team together. Yet with the last battle the moral of that thread seemed to have weakened.
Sieg would walk his fingers around the skin of athena's warm waist, to wrap his powerful arm around it to pull her closer. It was random, but unknowingly his body seemed to yearn the warmth of contact.
Building his own ring? What made him think he had the time to make such a thing in the limited amount of time they had. She places the base of her left palm against her forehead and just shakes her head until she feels Sieg's arm wrap around her waist and hold her close. She looks toward him, seeing that he was better than what he was at first. It looked like the rest helped. She just hoped he didn't go into a crying fit again. Bringing her right arm around him, she just stood there, watching and waiting for Uther to say something to her challenge.
Ryu suddenly slams the door on his finished structure, and ironically... it looked like:

Sieg said, reffering to ryu. Trying to sound as normal as possible. Though he was still a bit shook up. He would not show it.
"What do you say athena, once we win this thing. The heaven or hell I mean. What do you plan on doing."
"What am I going to do? I'm going to get ready for the next competition that should be coming up, the second Iron Maiden. Maybe this time around, I will have some competition."
She then sees Ryu's completed ring.

He looks at Athena then Sieg, "Awe, cute..." He chuckles a bit then looks to Hunter, "Well, hope you like what I made. I just think it'll be nice form of restriction so neither of us would decide to run away like a certain member of your team."

"Well to be honest. You probably won't. Not if its straight up hands. I don't know of any female who can beat you currently. Maybe lenne but I don't know where she is right now and even then...She was only a good handsman; I can't remember if she was any good on the ground."
Sieg whispered 'well to be honest, you probably won't' into her ear and said the rest out loud. He didn't want to insult anyone over live television. He was sure someone was zooming up into there faces right now.
"Well...at least, Not after what I have to show you. I've been noticing some things about the way you fight. I think you might benefit from this 'approach' that I don't think you've stumbled upon yet.
but anyway.
What are you gonna do with the money. ", it may have seemed cocky but in tournaments. You had to be confident, even to the point of being a bit big headed. Knowing what you have to look forward made one fight harder.
Sieg had money...or had had it. He didn't really care about it.
Ryu's ears twitch a bit then blinks some then leans up against the newly formed cage.
Sieg was right, there were hardly any female fighters around. If competition was scarce like this, then Crawley was best just hosting an all-gender tournament. That way, she would be able to face more of those cocky male compeititors while also having the enjoyment of the fight that she wanted. She did not see herself any different from men fighters, other than the physical differences, such as breasts, but other than that, she was well ready to fight against anyone who wanted to go up against her. She was not bound by such strict morals as Sieg and his other friends had, so she had more freedom in doing things of her own choosing.
"The money isn't that important to me. If I get it, I'll probably help you out in opening another gym. I grow tired of using the mediocre ones that they have around here."

Buy her something? She was going to open her mouth to ask "what?" but he seals it close with a kiss and was already gone, having her standing there confused. Then she just folds her arms, "hmphing."

Sieg would be standing taking a leak in the porta-potty. It was quiet except for the sound of the stream of urine smacking the inside of the urinal. Sieg drank a lot of water and his urination time usually gave him ample time to think as sleep and meditation did. Also. Sieg had a lot to think about. Even as he talked to others for the last few hours or so, Siegs mind had been trying to make sense of what happened to him back there. He thought of what athena said to him.
As far as Sieg knew. He was not an evil man. How can one call a goodly man of god, as such, when he held evil in his heart. How can a mouth that spoke the praises of the lord, speak such violent words. What had kenji done to make him so violent.
Was it Siegs right to do to kenji what he had done. Sieg didn't feel bad for kenji at the least, but Sieg thought he was better than that, Sieg thought that he didn't have to resort to the same vicious means that others did to inflict justice. Yet, Sieg noticed, he had not killed him...even when he had the chance.
Was it the fact that his team depended on him. No. In that instance, the heaven or hell was inconsequential to him.

He had not killed him and to Sieg that said a lot.
Someone had told Sieg what he said when he mulilated kenji. See no evil. Hear no evil. Speak no evil. Maybe Sieg was punishing kenji when no one else would.
Yet was that Siegs right? Was that his place? Was Sieg just trying to rationalize evil and wrong doing.

There are no prisons in gaia to hold men like kenji...If they're are...they do not hold them for long. The best they can do to men like kenji was murder. Sieg did not think that was there place either.
Maybe, Maybe the body was the best prison for Kenji? Maybe his own body was the only place that could hold him...even for a while. Sieg knew of the healers in gaia,
but who could have pity on kenji.

Maybe. If kenji could not Speak good. Then he forfeited his right to talk. Maybe if he could not hear the cries of mercy from his victim, he had forfeited that sense. Maybe if he could not see the good in others. He forfeited his right to see.
And Siegs rights were limited as an avenger. He would never kill...but...If kenji could not be justly punished maybe it was Siegs duty to punish him and prevent him from harming others.

"Another question, would you like to go all out, use weapons, or just go hand to hand? For me, I don't really care... I just want some entertainment." A coy smile appears upon Ryu's lips while his fingers intwine with one another.

Sieg sat next to athena watching the other fights live on a iPhone. He switched between fights depending on how exciting they were.
Athena was saying nothing. She was just standing there with her arms folded, counting the number of airplanes that just so happened to pass over once in a while.
Oh, and she was now chewing on some regular-flavored bubble gum, having a bubble grow from her lips then it pops before returning into her mouth.

Sieg looked to Athena as he heard the pop of her gum. Expecting her to suggest something to go do. Sieg seemed to be in a much better mood. The look in his desert yellow eye was now calm instead of chaotic. He seemed to have figured himself out recently. Sieg set the iPhone down sence the fights seem to be a bundle of crap.
"I'm more bored."
She reaches into her pocket, handing him a cube of bubble gum wrapped up in its little paper.
"Just chew this to pass the time."

Sieg takes the piece of gum. Opens it. Then puts it in his mouth and begins to chew. Sieg looked around, anxiously as if the gum was supposed to actually do something. Sieg would then sigh, while chewing and then lay back on the hard dirty ground; looking up into the hot mid day sun. Sieg looked up to see the towering construction on which men were supposed to be fighting. He saw...Some bodies moving but nothing of interest really happening. It seems Siegs little outburst had stolen the show and that no one would step up to surmount it.
Siegs hands would cup the back of his head as he looked up.

Sieg would roll over and start doing push ups.
"Athena. Sit on my back."
She sees what he is doing, something she wouldn't mind doing herself. But she would flatter him.
"Hold on."
She walks over to a pile of miscellaneous building supplies and then returns, holding about three or four heavy cinderblocks in her arms. NOW she sits down onto his back, crossing her legs as she starts to count for him.
"1...2..."
She was so cruel sometimes. Or maybe she just wanted Sieg to get some deserving weight lifting.
A rather large woman came out of the crowd as her favorite fighter was preparing to do push ups.
"I'll sit on your back, Sieg."

They shared a tender moment as athena sat on Siegs back while carrying cinder blocks. It was ofcourse harder and one would think that this would make it hard for Sieg to move. However, Sieg heard something coming near him and there was a lot a running big girl could make a man do.
Sieg would crawl forward in the push up position so that the large woman would run past Sieg and miss sitting on top of him. As she missed. Sieg would say;"Excuse me mam. Please stay outside of the fighting area it could be dangerous.
Now Athena, where was I."
Sieg continued doing push ups. A bit slower now, because of the extra weight.
"Get lost."
It was all she had to say to the fat woman that was trying to make herself stand out, if she hasn't already have.

Sieg was nearing the number 40 now. Sieg didn't count with his mouth but with his mind. He would begin to talk and chew to pass the time with athena.
"So I never asked you. Who are you looking forward most to fighting in this tournament. "
"I hardly know anyone in this tournament, so I'm looking forward to no one really. As long as they give me the fight I want, then I'm satisfied."
She was new to the company Sieg placed himself into, so she was just someone along for the ride enjoying the sight seeing. Aside from her Iron Maiden reputation, she knew she would need more of the limelight to put herself out there. Heaven or Hell was just the place for her to do this, so she was expecting to get out there in the ring and taking on anyone and anybody.

"On the internet they got you in a dream match against tiera on that team with Lazenca. She looks kind of like Sierra of that all girls team last year.
I dont think it will be much of a fight though. I'm sure you will win. I just think they want you guys to fight because your both pretty."

She gives a sigh, seeming to not be caring for the dream match that was suggested. It just wasn't interesting her as much as if the woman could actually put up a fight.

He is a huge man who uses a equally massive sword and contrary to most stereotypes regarding that type of warrior. He isn't big dumb and stupid...His skill with the weapon his amazing and even most of all...The man has heart...
Now kael I don't know much about. I've seen him though. He looks kind of like a miniature athan. They are similar though I'd guess kael would be a bit more on the lithe side.
Rage. I pretty much don't know anything about...Other than a female who looks similar to him seems to sub for him occasionally...but that is strange so I think there is something else afoot about that.
And vahn fah...heh...well. Vahn Fah is one of the better fighters, all around, gaia has to offer. The guy is a genius with the sword and with his fist. His hand style is reminscient of bruce lee's or Muhammad Ali. Kind of like how mine used to be back when I was younger.
And worse of all is his 'black flame'
but still. Despite all the talk. I think where the better team all around.

Sieg would tip over to his sides, letting athena and the weight fall over to the side gently. Siegs eyes went wide as ryu's leg kicked over his body towards athena.

She was split between Ryu's sickening words and Sieg's more softer ones. Her fists were ready in front of her, ready to pound Ryu's face in. When Sieg says he loved her, she would change her expression quickly into a smile.

She squeezes her right hand tighter, causing the joints of her knuckles to crack only by the sheer strength of her muscles.

A kick ensued directly against Athena's face, but something about this kick was a lot different, even though Athena's punches and hits were intentional to give harm towards Ryu. Ryu's hits weren't on their mark, it seemed as if he was pulling his attacks to not inflict damage at all.
"You should never take your eyes off of your opponent." Ryu was getting the spar he wanted, but at the same time, he had to make this believable due to the inevitable fact that Sieg's trying to hide his newly found other side, and Ryu wanted that side to come out, but by the way Ryu kicks Athena, she should notice Ryu's true intentions.

Most men would have stepped in against ryu because of what he had said, insulting there very manhood and the woman they loved. A knightly man like Sieg was expected to kill Ryu for such an insult but Sieg kept his cool. His maiden did not need his help, for she was more powerful than any knight. Sieg did not help athena, becuase athena did not need his help. He loved her independence. The very fact that if Sieg was not there, Athena would be as powerful as she was now...That was what made her precious.
She did not need Sieg to lean on nor carry her...She carried herself...
and in that way...They could support each other.

Sieg walked around them both as they fought. Seeing Athena take her eyes off ryu, but Sieg did not warn...she did not needed to be warned. He spoke praises to athena. With a smile on his face, he shouted these words and the crowd roared in response. Siegs hands were behind his back as he watched the fight calmly.
She is struck to the ground as the kick landed, having her hit her back along the sandy-like surface, her right hand coming to her chin. She just bit down on her tongue from that impact, causing the taste of blood to begin feeling in her mouth.
Now, she was angry. Athena stands to her feet, her hands starting on her knees as she pushes herself up, leaning her head left then right as a crack comes from the joint of her neck, a little blood beginning to flow from the side of her mouth. Her eyes stare onto Ryu with a scarily plain look on her face.
But she tackles herself right at his body in a heavy strike, her left shoulder checking for his stomach to send him flying backwards onto the ground with her on top, which she would proceed to lean back and have her arms pull on both of his legs to get ready for a double leg maneuver.

"While I know. Ryu can hit you as much as he wants and you will just keep getting up.

Now, she was angry. But she tackles herself right at his body in a heavy strike, her left shoulder checking for his stomach to send him flying backwards onto the ground with her on top, which she would proceed to lean back and have her arms pull on both of his legs to get ready for a double leg maneuver.
As Athena comes directly towards Ryu, Ryu's feet step backwards as he leans forward into the tackle creating a sprawl.
Feeling Athena against him being angry, Ryu didn't really try this time, she was losing control, and this is what he wanted to attack at the very source. Her anger. With the double leg, he just leaned even more forward to gain base against her.
Suddenly, Ryu's arms go around her waist to keep her up but his base was keeping her in the air until he went to his knees placing more weight against her, and he began whispering to her.
"Athena, best wake up, girl. I knew how to get under your skin, and don't you think your opponent will do their best to do that to you? I know you love Sieg and all, he is my brother after all... but there's something he's doing trying to hide what we saw earlier, and I need your help..."
She was ignoring Ryu as her teeth gritted, her hands gripping at his pants, and suddenly pulling upwards. No matter the weight that he was putting against her, she could lift more than what he weighed in total, so his legs would go swinging in front of her as she pulls him up, then simultaneously pushes back forward to perform a front body slam.
Assuming he lets go once his back lands into the cinderblock that had seemingly missed his foot when she dropped it, she would step back, pointing angrily at him with her right finger, her left hand going through her hair to get it out of her face.
"You don't think I don't know what's going on? I do not need you telling me what I am doing right or wrong. You're the last person I want that from, Ryu!"
She looks toward Sieg.
"Respect? How can I give him respect when he shows none to me. No matter if he was testing me or not, he should at least show some confidence in what I can do. The guy has always been a cocky fighter from the first day I met him, so I'm not going to give him anything until he shows it himself."

Sieg begins to walk in closer to them both as they seperate.
"When I lost myself. You both said you would help me. You both are people who have the capacity to love. Not like kenji.
And with that. Don't you both think you can have at least a measure of respect for each other. A respect simply because we are both creatures who are capable of love and hate...Who are capable of compassion and empathy.
And I know that if I can get you both to even to start to begin to get to know each other...It will add to my confidence as I get to know this new part of myself.
You see. Today I learned that we as humans are capable of love and hate. What seperates us. Is how we keep the hate and darkness in us under control. It is that control which permits the emotions of compassion and mercy.
but those without that control are those on whom I shall release the hate that puts a burdon on my soul...
My battle will be keeping the hate and darkness in me from consuming me. "

maybe it would come to a shock to ryu that Sieg knew what was wrong with him. Sieg had just admitted that what ryu said was right. Sieg was going to have to fight to keep this dark part of himself from consuming him; but maybe it was a plus in Siegs department that Sieg knew he was going to have to fight. Sieg was trying to use his own plight to pull his team closer together. Sieg believed he was a strong enough person to handle this new discovery within his soul, but he worried more so about his teams togetherness.

But in doing this, it has for Ryu to go over her back more so than his legs being out in front of her since his arms are already around her waist, he tightened the grip suddenly creating more momentum with her aided force as his body weight counter-balances her to formulate....

Honestly, this maneuver was merely protecting Athena, but she'd be away from the cinder-block. Unlike Athena, he wasn't going to hurt her, but she thinks she knows so much, but isn't doing a damn thing about it with her weak self.
"You say you know what's going on, you should realize, the more you avoid it, the more it'll consume him then he'll unleash it again, and who knows... what will you do when you become his target? I know about his other side a lot more than you do." He begins standing up as he looked directly at Athena, "I'm never going to take you seriously, Athena, until you're able to prove to me that you care for my Brother, that's why I haven't shown you much respect. Ooh, a smile to him.... Want to know the last person that did the same s**t that you did? Her name was Lenne... and she was my girlfriend for a time... so, Athena... should I even trust you?"
She was not going to allow him to go over her like that. To grab for her waist as he was going for, he would have to first let go of her waist and wait until he arrives behind her to regrip his arms around her waist. He then was trying to counter-balance her with his weight. She was already leaning forward from the tackle she tried against him, so when he waves his feet in the air to try to bring himself behind her, she had the forward momentum neccessary to keep him from going overboard. Since the front slam came right after the rise, then that also meant that when his arms released from her waist to try to grab from behind, his body would be slammed forward onto the cinderblock, his body slung like a doll of sorts.
She would then brush his legs off of her and just stand away, her hands to her waist as a few breaths escape her lips.
"Sieg..."
She shakes her head. She just didn't have anything to say to that.

Team lu-bu continues to spar around until the rest of noires team arrives. Sieg knows he would have to work on his teams togetherness.

Ryu didn't get slammed, but his feet hits the ground as he keeps her to him, then watches as she moves away, then he shrugs a bit. Sprawling kept his legs away, and she couldn't pull them back to slam him, thus, he just stood away from her.
"Seriously, Athena... quit being weak then, and show Sieg who you really are... don't bull s**t me like Lenne..."

Peppa would give a sigh before looking at the time. With a sudden look of contorted hunger, he'd call out to Sieg and them while walking out of arena grounds.

With that, he was gone. He'd certainly return just as fast as he finds out there's a fight finally going on in the ring Ryu had constructed but until then...
"Come on! Finish the first one!" Random Fan #3 called out to Ryu. It was the best fight he had seen here after all. He had definately out finessed and scouted out the woman. And if the woman was sandbagging like he suggested... it couldn't be a real brawl.
