Day After Eliminations; Just Before Takeoff
"...THE RATH DO YOU MEAN, "YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED ON"!?"
Ebris Dhifi had not been having the most pleasant of times over the last few days. For starters, his last legitimate match had seen him and his team winning, but in the process getting gashed and burned up pretty rathin' badly. Not too bad, taken it was an individual incident, but still kinda painful nonetheless. Shootin' up some Bacta had done the trick of making the bounty scum feel pretty rathin' good, and he had been itchin' to return some of the pain he had onto whoever poor sumbitch they were fed.
Apparently, CHIMERA doesn't digest very well - at all.
It had easily been the hardest fight Ebris had undertaken since coming to this mudball of a world, and easily the most humbling. The bounty hunter had assumed that there wasn't much in the way that could take him on in this world, but that damned Eliminator had proven him wrong. Still, humbleness didn't look good on Ebris, and humbleness quickly became something keenly along the lines of a grudge, and revenge was boiling in the hunter's mind. That would have to come later, though, as there was the rest of the tournament, and with it, the rest of the fighters Ebris had to kick the grod out of.
So yeah, the old man was hoping to crack some skulls in the semis, but apparently eliminators didn't have a fancy name just for kicks.
"I'm sorry, sir, but only fighters with a ticket are allowed onto the plane."
Ebris just stared blankly at the guy surrounded by many men in dark suits, courtesy of Deity Inc.
Cockblocked. Rathin' cockblocked.
"Screw them rathin' tickets! Don't you know who I am? I'm Ebris rathin' Dhifi, and ain't nothin' is gonna stand in my way from bustin' some Jimbos up!"
Apparently, the suit didn't know who he was, or, more likely, didn't care. Rules were rules, and while Ebris was indeed one mean a** sumbitch, he was thoroughly outnumbered and seemingly at half-strength - I mean, damn, his right arm was apparently gone due to there not being anything sticking out of his duster's sleeve, coupled with its loose appearance from the elbow-down.
Completely phlegmatic, the man just stared at Ebris, completely ignoring his outburst.
"I know who you are, Mr. Dhifi, and you still cannot get on the plane."
Ebris looked as if he were about to burst from the rage boiling within. All he wanted to do is mess up some faces, and even after getting the utter grod kicked out of him, he was still denied of that one pleasure.
"Sonofa rathin' b***h! Fine, I'll just take one of them other tickets my group has. Ya can't deny me then!"
A shake of the head confirmed that he was still borked.
"I'm afraid you cannot do that either, Mr. Dhifi. You must sit this match out. Now please leave; you're causing a disturbance, and if you persist, you will be forced to leave."
Disturbance?
Forced to leave?
"I'll show you a rathin' disturbance-!"
Of course, security had been expecting such a move from such a violent, brash individual as Ebris. All of them quickly rushed forward, grappling firmly to the massive bounty hunter. Ebris was easily one of the strongest contestants in the tournament, but there wasn't much he could do with half a dozen men the same size of him holding him back, and now dragging him back to whatever took him to the airfield in the first place.
Struggling with all his damn might, Ebris managed to catch a glimpse of someone who had managed to get past the wave of suits.
"GRAAAH! DZAN! YOU RATHIN' HIVER! COME HERE AND HELP ME OR SO HELP ME I'LL USE YOUR CHAINSWORD TO SODOMIZE YOU! DZAN! DZAAAAAAAN!"
And thus the bounty scum was dragged off. A damn definite good thing for Frozen Flame, too - if he had managed to get onto that plane, there would be no doubt that some of their number would have left the scene missing even more limbs in addition to their own elimination match, among other such unpleasantries.
