Well...That's not rude or anything...Not even an 'excuse me for a moment'...
Takane thought to herself as she stood twelve feet away from the woman with a somewhat annoyed look. The left hand gripped Ginnami's sheath somewhat tightly--But in a controlled manner for the sake of the sheath's material. She had always had to be careful with that left hand--since the incident...She always had trouble measuring the strength of that 'limb'...Which brought about an idea for the 'unaware'.
Storm blue eyes would take to the world around her, the TTFH Dojo, the front of it--which was where the woman was situated focusing more so on her phone then on her opponent--appeared to be without any kind of means for taking notice of reflection, save for the open glass doors that had lead into the place. The sliding doors took care of that and the other would-be glass sections of that area appeared to have been replaced with paper. The floor was pretty much of hard wood creation with the occasional hard tatami mat right on up to where classes and training sessions would actually take place...and at the moment both were standing on a section of that mat in the supposedly 300 x 300 area.
Looking up from the hardwood/tatami floor, and the sliding paper framed doors the ceiling would come into pleasant sight. Apparently also some sort of strange hard wood design...From where Rachel was standing was a higher ceiling where one could see the planks or whatever traveling to the front of the dojo...Separating them in their gap in the ceiling was a low hanging division that would make the ceiling lower for the taller combatant....Her eyes remained on that image for a while and a smile came to her lips. That wasn't a far jump was it..? Especially not for she who fought vampires...One had to be quite capable to handle hunting those for all their lives....
"Huh..."
Her orbs would quickly move back down to the girl whom was apparently speaking to their dotting and paranoid (Rightly so..) father over the phone...Who appeared to be sobbing loudly over the phone. They were still talking...And even if she were about to hang-up she assumed she could catch her before the girl would have a chance to hang up right off..Or at least before she could turn around and take stance again...There was a particular reason why you didn't turn your back on the opponent--And this was a good time to show the girl why.
Flickering her vision from the girl's back and to the ceiling corner's beam that had so wonderfully had caught her attention...She'd place herself into a left stance with her fists in placement not unlike a boxer's stance. Her left fist forward and raised with the sheathed weapon still in her hand, and her back hand held back--though still in front of her chest and lowering for something of an upper cup prep....The chi in her right arm muscles made it's self present to her nerves....The strength steadily increased.
A little chi went a long way after all...
With a bend of her knees her body would stealthily lift into the air....The vampire slayer was a very good jump it seemed--that was good because she was intending to make everything for this battle...Fall right in place.
Quote: Devastating Hammer: A move purely taking advantage of Takane's natural strength as well as in taking a fair but small amount of chi and concentration into the mix. Using this move Takane with square up in a martial artist punching form style and release a forward punch utilizing her weight and body strength. Naturally it's a move that must be considered and placed well before action...But once used it can shatter solid rock. The chi with-in the punch easily allows for certian areas of the body to receive massive damage on impact depending on the body type of one whom she is using it against.
"Yes father, I'm just at the library studying I'll be home before it gets too d--"
CRAAASH!!
Rising into the air and focusing on a particular point of the ceiling where she was sure she was capable of launching her body towards, even if it required the use of an 'Air-Time Extension'....Her six foot two height help her she'd attempt to do what was planned without the action if she could ,but if she sunk before she could make it she'd surely use her energies almost automatically to allow herself for a quick double jump....But all those aside she'd slam her fist into the ceiling with such force that the material of it's making would almost seem to ripple from the force as her entire arm pierced through and tore through the wall of the division. Takane's eyes would be focused on her landing placement...Nearly three feet from Rachel's crouching position--with her back still turned to her..The debris would be falling right over her opponent's head if she could help it.
With a strong tugging-yanking motion she'd attempt to rip a chunk out of the low hanging ceiling's beginnings to somewhat fling forward so that a nice sized chunk of debris would fall down above the girl to snap her focus back to the fight rather then her little phone call--Unless she liked being unconscious....As apparently this too affected a lengthy light fixture in the ceiling that didn't much like the impact of flying debris and had taken the weakened ripple from the low hanging ceiling badly. This particular light fixture might even fall and conk the girl right in the head if she were to roll or hop forward on impulse.....Instant KO, anyone?
It'd be almost as if the whole ceiling were falling to the teenager in image, wouldn't it?
Takane would allow herself to fall back down and pulled her knees upwards while leaning forward slightly. Her left fist would prepare to pull back while increasing the tightness of it's grip around the katana's sheath. She'd throw her fist downwards to take the shock of landing and the momentum so that it would flood into the floor and ripple around her...The force probably somewhat enough to even lightly jar the space in the foundation of the dojo--Though she imagined the tatami mat directly under her would take wonderful care of the exerted force and allow her to land without a scratch.
She'd take her crouching stance and waited silently for her move's after affects.
"Now might be a good time to get off the phone, ne...?"
================================
Action:
Takane wanted the ceiling to say 'Hi' to Rachel's head and back.
Effect:
--Falling debris (May happen for two turns depending on how strong the ceiling is)
--A really nice concussion if the light fixture falls and breaks on the kid's head.
--Ceiling debris from this kind of ceiling may cause minor or severe back problems.
--Depending on the materials used to make the building, and how old and clean it is, vision may be mildly--but not totally--impeded by dust at first.
