2Tei Kae

It always seemed to come back to the fountain, didn't it?, she thought as she sat on the edge of the concrete memorial that'd been home to more than one epic event, one leg propped over the other as her gloved hand danced across the outer layer of water that rippled across the fountain. Blue crystal eyes looked out from a sculpted mask that shaped itself to the curve of her face, as she scanned the slowly building crowd for any sign of her opponent, but after a few moments, she gave up and stood, tossing a penny into the fountain for good luck.

She wasn't in full costume today, instead of the mini dress, she was wearing a gray t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans, although the white jacket was still wrapped around her shoulders, it was getting a bit chilly after all. At her left hip hung the sword, dangling from the wide white belt with ease. At her right was the whip that curled around, but could easily be released. Other than that, the strawberry blond woman stupidly wearing high heels around the water fountain didn't especially stand out.

Her hair was short, almost a crinkly curled bob, but not quite, and underneath the shirt, her chest seemed deflated somewhat, but one could suppose it was the mask that made her stand out. After all, this was a world of vigilantes. And they simply didn't bother wearing masks.

"Tsk..."

She didn't have to glance at the clock to know her opponent wasn't there on time. She lifted one hand up to stifle a yawn and took another glance around. She hoped all the work they'd done wouldn't go to waste. There was a lot at stake.

3Just Three Words

The kappa was late. Really late. By how many hours, minutes or seconds she wasn't exactly sure. But for her, a past participant of the same tournament to be late, to her own match, was embarrassing.

She hadn't bothered to throw her trench coat on-on her way out, not really needing it anyway, but as she ran for the fountain a pair of knee high converse's hung from her mouth by the laces. Her mismatched eyes filled with determination to make it just before the clock began to chime.

She was late.

But where was her opponent?

Who was her opponent?

And why the fountain?

Groaning, the kappa kicked it into full gear, pushing herself toward the fountain, it was only off a bit to her left and she could already see the woman waiting by the fountain who seemed out of place enough to be her opponent.

Barefoot and running with a pair of sneakers dangling from her mouth Ray grinned as the fountain and masked woman drew closer and closer.

She had really meant to stop when she got close to the woman, but gravity stated otherwise.

Running by a fountain, didn't do you well, especially bare footed.

Ray's foot met a small puddle of water where the ground pulled from under her and sent her falling or rather, slipping, backwards onto her head, losing the sneakers from her mouth.

"Ouuuuuu." She groaned, rubbing the back of her head till her eyes snapped open and mismatched eyes laid on the masked lady. She was a looker, of course, but the mask threw Ray off. With a cheek to cheek grin, Ray stayed plastered to the ground, smiling wildly up at the woman who unfortunately, wasn't wearing a skirt.

She drew in a breath of fresh air, calmed herself, and smiled once more as she exhaled.

"Hi, I'm Ray, your opponent today."

4Tei Kae

Song wasn't sure what to think of her opponent, although she recognized her instantly. She'd been on a team previously for HoH. Song was an obsessive about watching the tournament, even though this was the first time she'd fought in it.

Very child like...child like...Danielle....She didn't want to hurt the woman, but she had a job to do.

"A pleasure, Mademoiselle Ray." She began to bend one knee down, grabbing the closest of Ray's ankle with her left hand, and lifting the woman up like you were always taught to never do to a baby, by one leg. She wasn't going for much, but it was all very quick. Once the kappa was up enough, the whip came off the belt, but remained looped around itself as Song struck the woman's backside with the wound loop of leather.

"...But this is not a game!"

Her face was tight with frustration and perhaps just a bit of anger. Yes, she was taking this seriously, how dare the other woman not. Just as quickly as she lifted and got the girl off balance, she was dropped again, the whip lashing out to the side, waiting...

5Just Three Words

Now Ray wasn't someone who knocked the kinky stuff before she tried it, but this woman was rushing things, even for the nudist-first-time-meet-lets-jump-in-the-shower, Kappa.

So when she was dropped, Ray merely rolled onto her stomach a few inches away, pushed herself up into a crouch on the balls of her feet, and rubbed the back of her head eyeing the woman up once again.

"Not bad, not bad." She smiled, already zipping up the back of her converse sneakers. "But I'd at least like to get to know you better, as well as your name before we start the foreplay. Or ******** if you just want to skip foreplay altogether." She winked, acting coy as she twirled a piece of blue hair in a curl around her right index finger.

It was in that instant that Ray pushed off the balls of her feet, aiming to simply tackle or 'glomp' the woman to the ground before the fountain. She didn't like, or rather, didn't give up easily to being dominated, and there was no way a dominatrix wonderwoman was going to just get her on all fours just like that.

So, if the tackle went uninterrupted, Ray's teeth would find the woman's earlobe, and arms would wrap around her upper body pinning the womans arms to her sides as her own two legs wiggled they're way between the womans own. She'd bite down in a nibbling attempt to seduce the woman into submission.

6Tei Kae

She'd been prepared for that though, and even as Ray rolled away, Song was coming back up from the crouch. She wasn't sure what to expect after she'd done something like that, but it was still amusing. But it was the coy that got to her. She twirled her fingers around her hair, just like her daughter did. That was a dangerous thing. She was ready...

As Ray moved forward, only that few feet, Song simply stepped to the side, curving her right arm for the girl to slam into while behind the girl's back, the left hand locked the hold, inadvertently, turning the girl's own plan against her, and grabbing her into a lock hold, pinning her arms, and then spinning on one heel to toss/throw the girl...as expected, into the fountain, only releasing her when they both had enough forward momentum going.

7Uberwulf X

Someone was in one of the windows of one of the surrounding buildings, watching.

"..."

The piece of jerky in his mouth, through ministration of tounge and tooth, switched sides from the right to left.

8Just Three Words

As soon as Song went to toss Ray, her tail would snap out, wrapping around the woman's neck. The spade of her tail would quickly lock, holding Song's throat hostage in a tight grip.

Ray had used the momentum Song had gained to curl and yank the woman forward with her, sure she'd fall into the fountain, and with her fall Song would be forced to her knees, her face would meet fountain, possibly breaking her nose, busting a lip, and probably chipping a tooth.

But that was all up to Song of course.

Once all was said and done, Ray would snap to her feet, standing knee high in fountain water, and of course, drenched.

Sure she didn't mind being wet, the water was her home, but it was the show she'd be putting on for the onlookers.

Her black button down shirt was soaked, clinging to her every curve. The white pants she'd worn were now a light tan, her skin was visible through the material, even showing off the cutesy black and white stripped skull printed g string.

It only took Ray half a second to blush, pull at her clothing, then fall into the normal american boxing style.

Her feet would spread shoulder width apart, her hands would come up in loose fists just inches from her collar bone and her chin would be tucked just slightly. She'd wait for song as she rolled onto the balls of her feet, bouncing from foot to foot, side to side.

9Tei Kae

As the tail wrapped around her neck, Reached out and clutched...not the tail, but the thing the tail was attached to, in this case, the Kappa. Grappling her back again, she pushed the woman with herself together as they landed in the water fountain, her grip a bit lower on the Kappa than it had been before, more around the waist than the arms and shoulders as she'd been hoping.

But it was enough she could press her face into woman's sides and protect her face from any undue damage, although her cheek would get scrapped rather badly as landed and pushed away from the Kappa even as her neck was released. It took her a moment or two to pull herself out of the water, her sword digging into her side, water dripping off of her body as she stood upright in the pond, surprisingly, her high heels still on.

She looked at the Kappa for a moment as she stood, and then while keeping an eye on her opponent, removed her jacket, and tossed it over the side, leather and prolonged combat inside a fountain did not mix. And then still watching, she lifted one foot, and removed the high heel, letting a bit of water spill out and then tossed it onto her jacket, and then repeated it with the other shoe.

"Those were signature Victora stiletto pumps, you brat...", she grumbled as she tossed the last one aside. As long as the fight didn't take too long, she could get them to the repair shop quickly.

Even worse though, was the fan service that Song wasn't even aware she was giving. Her wet tshirt clung to every curve, revealing that the woman was wearing something underneath besides a bra. Had she bound her breasts for some reason? Whatever the case, she was very unhappy as she took a defensive stance.

"They came here to see blood, let's give it to them..." She smiled as she motioned for Ray to make the next move, her smile taking an almost angry aura about it. Her cheek, no longer exposed to the cold water began to seep a little blood. The Kappa had gotten first blood, but there was still the matter of the spanking...

{3/10}

10Just Three Words

Ray blinked, unknowingly. The brand of shoes Song had worn weren't familiar with the water sprite. Hell, the girl didn't even bother to wear shoes half the time let alone memorize the names of each brand.

So, she shrugged, shaking her head sending droplets this way and that keeping mismatched blues and golds on the masked woman. "If you were so worried about ruining Victora's shoes, you shouldn't have worn them to a fight you knew might ruin them." She responded, rolling her eyes at the obviousness. "It's very irresponsible of you to ruin someone else's shoes."

"Next time come barefoot." She smiled childishly, dropping her stance to unbutton the black button down shirt she'd worn that now clung to her body, drenched. The last button had finally come undone, and Ray would free herself from it. No she wasn't naked, a small muscle shirt still showed the goodies underneath, but it bothered Ray about as much as the water did surrounding them.

In her right hand she'd dip the shirt into the water, twist a few times and lift the shirt from the water still spinning it until her left snatched out and grabbed the other end. Both hands would then rotate as if swinging a jump rope until the shirt was thin and whip like in her hands.

"I think it's time you pay back for that spanking earlier. A cut cheek wouldn't be justice for trying to jump to second base with me. And you've yet to even tell me your name." She pouted, disappointed.

Without another word, Ray lunged forward, closing the distance between the two of them as if she were running on normal ground. As if the water slowed her down by very little. All the while, the cloth held by both her hands was spinning.

When the gap was closed enough, our water sprite would spin on her left foot for half a second until her right foot would come down, pushing past the water and planting itself there against the fountains bottom. Her upper body lurched forward as Ray's left hand released the shirt while the right wrist flicked out instantly, snapping the cloths now pointed tip against Song's bounded breast. Both flicks were aimed directly for the nipples, or at least where the nipples would be, the third crack would be aimed directly toward Song's....woman parts.

The hits wouldn't kill Song, of course, but they would hurt and aggitate her like hell later on.

11Tei Kae

That'd have worked wonderfully if what was binding Song down, wasn't built for blunt impact. But it was. So as the first flick struck Song, the step back was more from surprise that she was actually attacking with the equivalent of a wet towel than the impact itself.

The step back got her out of range of the second and third strike. But that wasn't what she wanted. She was talking about second base, was she? Fine, then.

As the second flick came in, Song reached with her left hand grabbed, the edge of the towel as it came flying in, and then yanked...hard. A lot harder than most people would think she would be capable of.

Her intent? To pull the Kappa forward enough to grab her arm with her right hand; the one holding the towel, and push her forward, pressing a hard and fast kiss to the Kappa's lips that would be quickly pushed away from the sheer momentum of what she'd do next, and then twisting her arms. flung the Kappa back towards the watery surface of the fountain.

"Name's Song, cutie." Song wasn't bi, maybe bi curious at best, but she was not above doing things like that to mess with people.

{4/10}

12Just Three Words

It was a kiss she wanted huh? Well, Ray wasn't just ready yet to be handing herself over to someone else without a fight. Hurr hurr. As Song yanked the kappa forward, Ray would go with it. Since Song was a tad taller than Ray, she'd would need to lower her head even by just an inch. And an inch was all she needed.

As Song came in for the kiss, Ray lifted her left leg until her foot was against Song's right knee. In the same instant she dug her foot into Songs thigh, pushing herself up as Song's head came down, forcing her lips and nose to meet with Ray's hard dome. A headbutt.

The fountain caused them both to be wet, so Ray's footing wouldn't stay. As she began to come down again, she'd twist on her left foot, until her right came against Song's chest, hard. Pushing herself away from the masked figure.

When she landed a few feet away and now ghetto whip less, she'd smile, mismatched eyes glittering.

"Song's a pretty name. It'd suit you better though if I could see the pretty face underneath."

(4/10)

13Tei Kae

As Ray's head slammed into her nose and lips, Song tasted blood, and as usual, it wasn't a very pleasant sensation. Her head went back from the impact as well as from Ray' pushing against her. She slid back, her feet catching on a few coins here and there, making her backwards tumble even more of a downward spiral...

"AGHHHH~!"

The cry ending with loud splash as she landed on her a**. That was going to hurt. Need to tell the guys in R&D about that one... She muttered, thinking the impact with the MDSA was going to bruise more than without it.

Lifting one hand to wipe at her face with the cold water, she wiped away the blood with one hand and stood slowly.

"Alright brat. Let's play..." But instead of being pissed about the blood, she was strangely calm. No anger, no playfulness, just a certainty....

"CAT FIGHT!!!!" One spectator yelled out, and if Ray hadn't had all her focus, she might have smiled at him. They had no idea...

Instead, she looked at Ray, her eyes fluttering closed before she opened them, her skin glowing a faint yellow.

Song cracked the whip, making one spectator jump as he realized he was far too close to the fighting, and even if it never touched him, it was warning enough. But Song didn't use it, instead it coiled again, and she locked it back onto her hip. She had other plans.

After the whip was locked, she lifted one hand, her right fist was coming, right at Ray's face. She had to return the favor after all. And a fist full of reinforced metal and leather into the face, seemed appropriate.

With a smile of absolute serenity, it was no longer about win or loss, it was about the sheer beauty of a fight. She hadn't had that in years. Song seemed to almost launch herself through the water, one jump to the actual lip of the fountain, her speed a lot faster than what you'd expect from someone of her size as she catapulted herself towards Ray and herself in about half the time one would expect.

Quote: Jophiel‭’‬s Grace - A deceptively simple ability, while Jophiel's Grace is activated, Song becomes more graceful, dexterous and quicker than usual. While already a quick and flexible woman, this skill allows her to even more of this natural gift. With it, she is a bit like a snake, hard to hold or squeeze, in effect giving her a sort of double jointness. In addition, she is quicker than a normal human, and much more agile, almost dancing in her gracefulness.

Speed - x2

Dexterity - x3

Grace - x2

14Just Three Words

"CATFIGHT!"

"Ohuh?" Was all Ray could think of at the moment while a smirk tugged at the corner of her lips. She'd never, in her entire life on Gaia seen anyone....glow. Or at least come close to it, or perhaps she just wasn't paying enough attention. But either way, Ray's tanned face was lit up with a beaming smile at the sight of Song glowing a faint yellow.

It was then that Ray had turned toward the spectators cupping her hands over her mouth as she bellowed.

"QUICK! EVERYONE RUN! HER POWER LEVELS ARE OVER NINE THOU-" A mistake on her part of course, turning away that was. Before she could've finished, her head had turned to take in Song once again, only to have it violently knocked to the left, throwing her a bit off balance as she leaned with it, the tip of her hair touching the waters surface.

In the instant Ray's face was touched with Song's fist, and her body was sent tilting to the side, Ray knew her cheek would be swollen for the coming week, purple for the next, and a hell of a pain for the whole entire thing. Since she didn't wear make up and all.

But as her face went down, her left hand would shoot out to catch her, placed firmly against the wells bottom. Of course her head would go under as well, but then her legs would shoot up, still using the momentum of Song's fist to send her right leg colliding against her left temple. In the end, Ray was left in a sort of break dancers freeze, where she then slid back, using the coins to push her further away from the glowing super saiyan.

(5/10)

15Tei Kae

Mocking her didn't seem to affect her at all, It was all good natured, so it wasn't like high school all over again....however...

She hadn't been expecting the retaliation of the leg up, so to speak, so when the Kelpie's leg shot up, there was no preparation or time to even do a damned thing, except take it, the force of the blow not being slowed at all by the water, thanks to the Kelpie's inherent oneness. So it connected, and knocked Song out of the pool all together. Just to the lip where she rolled with it, most of the impact being taken by the armor she wore underneath her clothing. She really couldn't remember if linen shrunk or not...but whatever.

"Take it all off, baby!" It had to be the same guy from before, but Song just ignored him, even as the hand dropped to her whip again and she stood up.

"Yeah, baby..."

A flash of whip snapping, the mild sonic boom snapping as it flashed across the short distance between the women, slashing into Ray's tshirt, and cutting through the shirt, although Song's control was so finite, that only the shirt was cut...at first.

"Take..."

Another slash, much like a miniature zorro slash, except in reverse, except from a whip instead of a sabre...

"It..."

And the second would break skin if she hadn't moved, but just the tiniest trickle of blood. And Song moved closer, although she didn't step back into the fountain.

"Off..."

And the third, completing, not a Z, but an straightened S.

16Uberwulf X

"Are they even fighting anymore...?"

"Sir?"

Lazenca looked back behind him. The building he was in happened to have a restaurant setting, and that's where our favorite Wulf-- and a lot of others-- were watching. The one inquiring was a waiter, in the usual black and white.

"Nothing. I'll take my bill."

"Very well."

Lazenca turned back to the window to see this one through. To be sure, the girl had her own style. He considered going down now, but he was up here for a reason; didn't want to distract. Perhaps afterwards. For now, he'd see this through.

17Just Three Words

"What the s**t?!" Ray yelped as her shirt was torn, now doning a simple and straight 'S' across her chest. Either this woman had watched too many Zoro movies, or she had a thing for seeing her name written in other peoples possesions.

Either Way, by the ending of her third lashing, Ray's left hand shot out, painfully grabbing the whip in it while it recoiled toward Song's body.

Using this, Ray's right hand would clench into a clenched fist, aiming to punch the living hell out of Song's face.

"FALCON!

But in the last second she'd had, her fist would turn into a flexed claw, swipping away at Song's shirt to make the feild of almost nakedness even.

"SCRATCH!"

So, Ray's body would be air born, flying straight for Song's.

(6/10)

18Tei Kae

Song watched Ray's clothing begin to fall to shreds, with something akin to a giggle. It was rather funny, so as the third strike came down, and Ray grabbed the end of the rope, there wasn't much Song could do to stop her. As the whip, and therefore Ray jerked back towards her body, Song just kept grinning though. OH god, the face again....oh well, she'd retaliate, her fist, with the handle of the whip still in it.

And so Ray's direction would correct, slashing across Song's chest, shredding the tshirt to pieces with her nice claws, the cheap fabric absolutely disintegrating and leaving her now in just a pair of cheap tshirt sleeves with no middle, and showing off the under body armor that she was wearing, and that had protected her so far. The biggest problem was even the scratching was likely to hurt, because it was still an impact, and therefore the armor would be at work, hardening to the point that she'd likely bend at least one nail, if not more.

But even as it impacted, so would Song's fist, just not where she expected. As Ray had lowered her impact, Song hadn't had time to adjust her own impact, her fist and the handle of the whip headed not for Ray's face, but her temple, intent on slamming into the girl's forehead, and maybe knocking her out.

"OWW~!"

Even if it didn't break skin, the feeling of nails digging into your body impact was never a pleasant one. But the swing from Song kept coming, colliding with Ray's head, even as Ray finished the hook shot and went even more into the fist.

19Chibinium

It wasn’t so long ago that Euphaire had been fighting in this very place, the Planning Department having done a splendid job repairing the damage she did to the stone. In fact, it was so recent that she was still wearing her bloodied shirt. However, her shoulder no longer hurt; the officials of this shindig were quite expedient in getting her medical attention. A good dinner, a good night’s sleep, and a medicated bandage would right her in a single day.

The crepe was gone from her hand, having long been replaced by a tool befitting a tourist: a camera. It was no bigger than a stack of cards and of hitherto-unknown megapixels. Still, they would be enough. The woman got prime spectator real estate, and she didn’t even need to push. All it took was a flash of her wound, and the sudden realization that she could somehow punch a hole in stone, and they parted before her. She was, of course, uberpolite.

“Ooh, the guys will be so jealous! Holiday bonus, here I come!” The woman said with glee, snapping off several pictures. Each of them was precise and zoomed for maximum hotness. Currently she was focusing in on Ray’s dishabille, which seemed to involve torn shirts and naked curves. In fact, they were rather nice curves. “--It kind of pisses me off for some reason,” she grumbled, finishing the thought.

"Nice shot! And now to zoom...in..." Euphaire trailed off after her camera lens had an eyeful of underarmor. She was suddenly reminded of her own fight, where the guy was hiding plate armor under his threads. Even her camera's anti-jitter properties could not stop the image from quivering in her hands with fury.

"RIP HER ARMOR OFF!"

20Just Three Words

"Guh."

Ray's head rolled with Song's right punch to her temple, instead of just trying to stop a force, with force. She'd go with it, pushing her forehead into her left arm to lessen the blow to her temple. It was never fun finishing a fight early. Or even later on into it.

As the whip fell, Ray fell with it, and in it, while still dazzed. She'd grab hold of Song's torn shirt and pull with her right hand, hopefully taking the rest of the cloth with her on her way down.

It took Ray, a little while to regather herself, and hopefully that would be enough as Song gatherd her own self now missing a shirt.

"s**t." She complained, flexing her hand at the feeling the impact with the armor had caused. And now, as she stood, shaking, she'd leap back, into the fountain, and sit, cross legged, eyes closing.

(7/10)

21Tei Kae

Meanwhile, the creepy guy who'd been yelling about a cat fight had snuck closer. This was just his chance. When no one was looking, he threw in an entire box of Gdial, the powder, and it wouldn't take long for the suds to get a brewing as the water fountain took and started dissolving the substance.

But Ray wasn't going to get too far. As soon as Song saw that Ray wasn't going to attack again, she did so. One step, then two, before she continued forward, intent on dive bombing the keplie right back into the pool of the fountain, the top of her head buried into Ray's hopefully bra clad chest. The impact alone would hurt like a b***h, but with her folded up like she was, not much else where she could aim.

{8/10}

[2/12]

22Just Three Words

As soon as Song had leaped for the dive bomb into Ray's chest, Ray's eyes would snap open a smile playing across her face.

It took only seconds as Ray became flat against the fountain's bottom, her left foot shooting out from underneath as Song sailed over. Her bottom half would push up while her left foot placed itself against her chest, pushing as well to flip the masked figure while in air, so she'd come down with her back against the pools bottom.

If this had all worked. Ray would then push to her feet, and leap atop of the woman, holding her underwater where she then forced a bubbly kiss 'pon the woman's lips. As pay back for the spanking.

The kiss was meant not only to rile the woman up, but to keep her breathing as well as the suds gathered overhead.

Yum.~ (8/10)

23Tei Kae

"FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF"

But Song wouldn't get to finish her cussing, since almost as soon as she realized what Ray was doing, she was on her back and underwater...

...being kissed at that.

She struggled, but at the same time, it was helping her breath, however awkwardly. She simply slung a fist out wildly, not really expecting it to connect, but she was a little panicked. After all, she was human, she could only survive so long under water. This was just a lame way to end a fight.

{9/10]

[2/12]

24Just Three Words

"._." Was just about right for face making, and such was the face Ray had made when the fist landed and connected with Ray's side. Pushing a lung full of air into Song and out of Ray. Sure she had gills and could've just stayed there. But the kappa was already feeling the effects of the bubbled water. And so she stood, gulping in a fist full of air, covered from head to knee in...suds?

"The s**t?" She blinked, already forgetting Song underneath the water as she tried to move about the fountain, blinded by bubbles. When she finally remembered, Ray's hand shot underwater, grabbing Song by the shirt or armor (hopefully ) And pulling her up. She hadn't landed that hard, and with the woman not coming up for air, and dying underneath, Ray would be disqualified and her team would suffer.

If Ray had gotten Song to pull out of the water, she'd blink, suddenly going silent.

".......Tch....teehee....pffft....BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" To Ray, Song now looked like Santa come early. Because of the bubbles. It was then Ray would topple over, flail and stand again, clutching her sides as loud guffaws came from her. Sure this was a fight, but one could only expect so much from the childlike kappa.

(9/10)

25Tei Kae

"BLECK~!"

As Song was pulled out by her armor, the taste of suds made it's way into her mouth, a taste Song would have liked to have long ago forgotten. A deep, heartfelt shudder as she winced, expecting to be hit again. Except after a moment, and no punch came...Song opened one eye and looked at Ray...

...who'd started laughing...

At what she couldn't tell, but it didn't matter, because Song felt a giggle burbling up as well as she looked at Ray. Ray looked like some kind of zombie snowman.

Snicker....

Lips pressed tightly together as she tried to repress the laugh, it didn't work for long, as she looked around, and saw the entire fountain covered in suds.

"What the heck?" She was still laughing at the mental image of Ray when a guy in an orange shirt caught her eye. Mostly because he was yelling.

"Bubble fight!"

That just earned him a glare. What an idiot! Where did they come from? Seriously. A look back at Ray, and a snort of amusement. Okay, that really was...

And out of the corner of her eye, she spotted them...her shoes....

"MY SHOOOOOOOES~!!" the cry ending on a whimper as she decided to play the part of valor and looked back to Ray. Seriously, how could anyone fight in these conditions...

And she just started laughing, until her sides ached, and she fell back into the water with a splash and got back up again, and kept laughing even while trying to choke the water out of her system.

So the fight was over, and the two of them were left covered in bubbles, laughing like giddy school girls. It seemed like a decent ending to Ray. Sure she now had a bruised face and side, but it wasn't something she couldn't get over.

With a grin, Ray wiped the suds from her face, still clutching the one side. It felt like she was going to get side stitches at this rate.

With another guffaw, she plopped back over, a woosh of bubbles sent sailing over them both before the howl pierced her ears.

"MY SHOOOOOOES!"

Blinking, Ray sat up, instinctively guarding her face from any blows that might've been sent her way but instead she'd noticed Song fall over laughing once more.

"Heh, I'm sorry about your shoes Song. I'll pay them back every penny if you're friend is really going to be upset about it." She smiled her million dollar smile before she bounded over to the woman, extending her hand with a friendly smile placed on her face.

Though she was now without clothing for the day, covered in bubbles and soaked. She enjoyed herself. And thus it showed.

If Song took her hand, she'd help her up, grin, and laugh again before continuing. "I really enjoyed myself, thanks. And I hope to see you later on during the real matches. M'names Ray again, and it was a real pleasure fighting you, Song. I hope we can be good friends, even after the tournament is over. And maybe even fight again." She winked, placing another kiss on Song's cheek before she'd turn and trudge her way to the lip of the fountain where she'd then sit, and look around.

She had all the time in the world. There was no rush.

Besides a certain Wulf being around.

Or perhaps she'd drop in on one of her teammates fights and see how well they had went.
