The Foreign Car Parking Lot Wrote:

... Terrible, terrible place. All of the shitty cars ever made, all in one parking lot.

Terrain:

General - Shitty cars in every row, spaced out about three feet from one another. Have fun.

Natural Element Resource - Row after row after row after row of rice burning machines.

Weapon(s) - All of the cars have been left unlocked, some of them have even had the trunk opened, and all of them have their factory standard floor jacks and spare tires.

Bonus Effect(s) - None.

If Lazarus decided on comparing himself to anyone on his Team; Kenji would probably be the first person he thought of. Currently, Lazarus was inside of a bright red car, and he was tampering with the wiring. Lazarus' weapon had been stashed outside of the car, and casually leaned up against the tail end. Underneath the steering wheel, the compartment had been forcefully opened, and the wiring exposed. Taking a handful of the wiring, Lazarus quickly sorted through them, and pinpointed two of them. Each excruciating bright, and the Sorcerer would soon touch each end. Sparking them violently, and hot wiring the vehicle. Forcing the engine to start, and idle steadily. A mad laughter burst from the Sorcerer's mouth as he realized that he had been successful in his performance, and he would extend his right hand dramatically toward the stereo. Lingering around the dial, and eventually turning it on. Pushing the dial in with a single finger, and reaching toward another button. Holding it down, he would sort through each channel on the radio until he found one that caught his attention, and he had actually landed on his favorite song. Moving his hand one more time, he would reach for the volume knob, and crank it up. Turning the knob until the music blared from each speaker inside of the vehicle.

Sliding out of the seat, Lazarus would maneuver himself out of the car, and swipe up his Glaive with his right hand. Wrapping his entire hand around the base of the weapon, and tightening his grip around it. "The love we share..." Escaped the Sorcerer's mouth, and was delivered quite melodically. Forcing his left hand to make a snapping sound, and following along with the beat of the song. As he snapped, a faint glow began appearing on each hand of the mo-hawked man, and it radiated brightly after awhile. Lowering the blade of the Glaive, Lazarus waved his left hand over top of it, and the glowing of said hand passed onto the curved blade of the weapon. Glowing faintly at first, and eventually getting brighter just as each hand did. After this task had been preformed, the Sorcerer flipped around the weapon, and aimed it toward the vehicle he had just hot wired. Positioning his left hand underneath his right around the handle of the weapon, and drawing it back casually. With one swift motion, Lazarus pushed the weapon forward, and plunged the blade into the side of the vehicle. Letting the weapon rest there, and activating a chain reaction of 'Corruption'. Until someone worthy of his attention had appeared, Lazarus would continue enjoying his song, and sing along. "Don't touch me, please, I can't stand the way you tease!" Was blurted out, and more snapping followed it.

Corruption Wrote:

Corruption(Starter Spell of Corruption Pool).:

Lazarus’ most basic spell, and a requirement for reaching his goal of five point(s). Concentration is required for the casting of this spell. Although a charge is required and will take exactly one post. Unless interrupted by an opponent. In which case, Lazarus will have to defend himself until he is able to concentrate better, and begin casting his spell once more. Once the charging time is complete, each hand will glow a sickly green color, and he may pass said glow onto anything he is currently wielding. Such as his Glaive, and or any other object he has in his grasp. Usually, Lazarus will choose his weapon as the item of enchantment. Upon enchanting the weapon, one point of Corruption will be built up, and he can further build up the point system by lodging the weapon into the ground. Passing the Corruption three feet a post, and awarding Lazarus one point of Corruption per post of charge time. Further enchanting another object will absorb one point of Corruption. Not reward one.

A New Challenger Has Appeared!!!

"You need some better taste in music, dude," came a voice from above and behind Lazarus. Should he turn to follow it, he would find a dark-haired young woman who couldn't be older than twenty standing nonchalantly atop the roof of one of the many . . . fine vehicles of the lot, a few feet away from the Sorceror. The hefty girl wore a white short-sleeved dress shirt with black jeans and a pair of combat boots. She could have easily been mistaken for a spectator, if not for the gleaming shinguards and knee pads, the pair of metal tonfa hanging from her hips, the scimitar on her back, and most tellingly, the FIGHTER on her wrist.

She had fixed the man with an appraising stare, and didn't seem too impressed by what she saw. If anything, she looked disappointed. That was what her day had been filled with, after all: disappointment after disappointment. First being reminded of the situation with her team when she woke up to an empty hotel room, then a dusty used car dealership for an arena, then a purple-haired cheerleader bimbo for an opponent who had actually flaked out of a fight. Now, after message from her FIGHTER and a quick jaunt across the lot that had left a score of dented roofs in her wake, she found herself here, itching to cut her knuckles on someone's teeth. Alas, the way her day had been going so far, she didn't expect much from this guy either.

"So," she said to him as she set her right hand upon the handle of one of her tonfa, ready to draw it a moment's notice, "we gonna do this or what?"

A frown had consumed the Sorcerer's face, and he was quick in each movement he made there after. Spinning around to face the person speaking, and was even quicker to realize that his opponent was a woman. Shaking his head in disapproval as he eyed his opponent, and scanned her body for any potential threat. Eyeballing a simple set of weaponry attached to each hip. Chuckling lightly, Lazarus would latch onto the handle of his weapon with his right hand, and turn in place. Raising his right foot, he would place it upon the metal of the vehicle, and give a mighty tug on the weapon. Pulling it from the vehicle, and wielding it naturally. Resting his left hand just below his right on the shaft of the weapon.

"Luckily for you, the song is almost over, hopefully you'll enjoy the follow up." Lazarus grumbled, and gritted his teeth. The Sorcerer wasn't much of an antagonist, but he had been waiting for quite awhile, and he wanted to get this crap over with. So he released the grip he had with his left hand, and raised it out toward her. Opening his hand flat across the air, and raising each finger back toward his body. Lazarus' way of saying; 'Come beat the s**t out of me, please.', without of course, actually saying it. Right as he motioned her toward him, the next song began to play. Lazarus left hand would then travel back to the handle of his Glaive.

Sabrina watched Lazarus get ready, and cocked her head when he motioned at her and the next song started. After a moment, she nodded. "Better," she commented, as her right arm reached back over her shoulder and pulled the scimitar from its sheath with a whisper of metal against leather. Holding the blade at her side, she proceeded to take a few steps toward the rear of the car, stepping down on top of the trunk and causing the poorly designed suspension to squeak unpleasantly. It was another hop down to the ground, and then she turned to face Lazarus.

Assuming her opponent gave her the time to do all this and stayed where he was, they would now be about six feet apart in the space between Piles of s**t #1 and #2. Sabrina brought her chosen weapon up in front of her, holding it horizontally a few inches in front of her bosom, edge towards her adversary, and braced her left palm against the back of the blade, roughly three quarters of the way along its length. It was an odd way to hold a sword, for sure, but she had her reasons.

Whatever her justification, she wouldn't give Laz time to mull it over. No sooner did she have her sword at the ready than she rushed at him through the narrow space, holding it steady. She looked as though she were aiming to push the blade directly into his chest.

The fight was on. It was time for action . . . and yet, she looked bored.
