This is it!
The ring is how it always has been, and how it always will be. A regulation fighting ring, lets say boxing for this exercise, in the centre of the casino. Roped in, raised, excreta etcetera. Screaming fans are everywhere, the lights are hot on the fighters, and nothing can quite make the ring floor seem clean again. This is the fighter's holy ground.
General - Ring floor, ropes with elastic give, four posts. What did you expect? It's THE RING.
Weapons - Man up and use your fists (note, you are not required to use only your fists). Actually there are a plethora of items stored underneath the ring for maintenance use such as ladders, wood, and folding tables.
Bonus Effects - The roar of the crowd, the love of the game. Ring out is in effect, leaving the roped off ring starts the timer.
