It certainly wasn't wrong to call Omi's arsenal something akin to "chaos magic." By accident or happenstance, that was the closest call the entire tournament roster had made thus far, although on its own a useless realization. But then, it was time for minor exposition.
None of Omi's snakes were "real," in the sense that they were some kind of summons he was calling forth of a zoo exhibit. It was better to describe them all as unnatural flesh strewn from his body which took on different aspects of various Serpentes, both of the mundane and fantastical varieties. Call it a massive quirk, but the red artist could only process all of these deadly abominations by envisioning them as different sizes shapes and colors of cobra, or perhaps an adder, a viper, a fantasy wyvern; yet for all the processes they mimicked, they were no different than limbs or biological weapons.
And lord did they smell. Not like your average keeper's pet, but like flesh freshly sizzling with a hint of sulphur. Nobody called him subtle.
For all of his flamboyant behavior, the snake manipulator wasn't the type to rely on just subterfuge. So this orc was large; more weight, more muscle, more reach, likely better short sprint. That was nothing new for the Silver Dragons Vice-Captain. It was a weird freakshow of fate that the past several rounds had him squaring off against manlets; typically his opponents were, best case scenario, a good foot on him and worst...
Well, let's just say some regulated fighting sports were badly conducted and fighting a four ton robot with 14' reach arms was a highlight of his he'd rather forget.
So he, Maddison Adrinai 'eadchoppa or whatever, was big.
Cheh! Just meant more Omi'd get to dismantle. He didn't care if that lumbering thing was made of stone or steel, somewhere underneath was blood and it was going to get emptied.
He didn't so much as make a motion following his aptly dubbed summoning of a bouquet of snakes, allowing the orc to get his telegraphed swing of the plant based weapon on roaring. Make no mistake, were that to hit dead on, there wasn't much hope for the wry man's exposed neck. But his motionless posture in face of the table rending behemoth was just the calm before the storm of course, the stillness before the snake bit.
First! Snakespeed Dash, 5ft variant!

Countless smaller serpents burst from Omi’s legs and sink into his flesh and muscles as to reinforce them, whilst numerous more crop up behind his back. These all burst with an explosive force aimed behind him, propelling him forward on what can only be described as Snake Skis.
For every token spent, Omi goes an additional 5 feet at an absurd speed of 80 MPH. He can “aim” this in any direction, even skyhigh - though of course, he would plummet afterwards. This cannot be split up, it is one use, one direction, one cooldown.
SPECIAL INTERACTION A - In every sense of the word. Were an opponent directly behind Omi, at a distance of two feet or closer, they would likely get floored by the aforementioned force unless well grounded or significantly weighted. This in itself is not dangerous, they would just look very stupid.
SPECIAL INTERACTION B - Omi cannot activate Serpentine Fire on this.
His body would lurch backwards at an absurd rate, abusing the ergonomic and open layout of this hipster kitchen to great effect as he, without so much bending his knees a centimeter, "flew" backwards five feet. Compounding how silly this movement methodology was would be that typically a trained fighter or even just a well bred hunter felt out the tiny mechanisms of bodily movement-- the red statue that was Omi suddenly blowing out snakes from his legs and floating along would make it much harder to quickly catch notice of, giving him the window needed to escape the initial swing of that club.
But second! Metallica! Wow there's a lot of text in this post!

A green serpent will spew through the Snakeblade with green shimmering light a second before firing in a straight line from its tip at 50 MPH. This green variant snake is much akin to a bowling ball, crashing into the opponent with bludgeoning force. If lit ablaze with Serpentine Fire, it will in fact have green flames. It has a 30’ max reach from the weapon’s tip.
Should Snake, Get Longer pay dividends, this will artificially expand this ability’s max range since the “tip” is getting farther and farther along.
Yeah, fast runner and fast swinger or not, Maddy the Orc had nothing on this.
Combining Omi's unexpected backwards momentum with spewing a sudden impromptu green bowling ball of around 16 lbs of weight from his "sword," it'd likely go flying forward at 50 MPH underneath the orc's deadly dandelion swing, given their height disparity.
Sure, going backwards very, very fast - then firing a flesh scalding magic missile from an over designed magic snake wand at speeds that would break weaker foes wasn't a very fancy opening attack and probably required a fraction of this description. But you always had to give the opening gambit some flare, right?! Probably!
