Marcus was quick on his feet, dipping his head to tuck into an evasive roll. The fireball that whizzed past his shoulder, leaving it to rocket another ten feet down the hallway before it impacted on the wall, decorating the wallpaper with an ashy smear. Rou scowled, a foul grimace versus her usually clever smile; she kept low, bent at the knees and with her arms ready, as it seemed #6 wasn't keen to the type of tumble in the hallway she liked.

He jumped, and reared his arm, going on the offensive. If she retreated, he'd simply chase, and try again. It couldn't be helped; it was time to get close and personal.

She transferred her weight from her left to her right, her balance low in the hips as she moved slightly right, bobbing in the knees to keep from getting struck in the clavicle, darting with a whip of her head and long black ponytail to keep her face away from his viper-like punch. But with his arm extended, she wasn't keen to let him get away and make a second attempt.

Quickly, as his arm was extended over her shoulder, Rou's left hand slapped over his wrist, and her right swung up. From beneath the frills of a white maid's cuff swung the chain of her shackle, the momentum carrying the length up and over his bicep, curling around it-- just long enough for Rou to catch the other end of the chain with her right hand. She held it tight, as it slipped down the length of his arm, meeting with her other hand until the links of chain bunched unforgivingly at Marcus' wrist.

Pivoting on her left foot, Rou turned, both hands holding tight onto his right arm (left by his wrist, the right on her chain that held it captive). Her face swept by the length of his arm, not noticing his mutation but a few inches from her own eyes as she was caught up in her own assault. Once her back was to him, Rou ducked.

She made to roll forward, by the left shoulder which currently hosted Marcus' arm. Rou was too small to simply throw him, but if her body tumbled, the chain around his wrist would make sure he did, too, aiming to slam #6 flat on his back.

2Better Than Gore

Close and personal, indeed.

It all happened so fast. Rou's throw attempt hadn't gone unnoticed--it was truly a shame that her effort in doing so would go to waste. Just as she began her maneuver Marcus' arm would undergo the transformation it had begun to manifest prior to his strike. What had once been an arm twisted into a grotesque appendage--resembling that of a tentacle from shoulder to forearm, eyes, and maws sprouted from the growth; screeching and ominously staring at their expected meal. Below the forearm was a multitude of tentacles, six to be precise, swaying at an impressive five feet in length. Each tentacle respectively brandished fangs alongside their bottom, said fangs were attached to glands within the tentacle itself, whenever they latched onto an opponent the muscles inside the tentacles contracted and pumped a rather nasty neurotoxin from the glands and through the fangs. This neurotoxin caused minor paralysis on whatever portion of their victim's body they attached to. In this case, they clung onto Rou's nearest and defensive arm, snaking around it only to constrict and embed their fangs into her exposed flesh.

Marcus wouldn't stop there, however. Rou once again foolishly offered him her back and he was once again going to take full advantage of it, except this time he wouldn't be nearly as forgiving. Hopping up, both legs would wrap themselves just above the waist, his right foot tucking itself underneath his left kneecap at the ankle, while his left foot grapevined itself onto the back of her calf. With his tentacles already wrapping about her arm, they slowly inched up her torso and began to apply pressure, while his left arm came up and across her right shoulder, attempting to take hold of his tentacled appendage and once again apply pressure to her trachea and begin to cut off circulation to the brain. Rou would find herself trapped in a body triangle--albeit a standing rendition, but the figure four lock would work just the same.

"Shhhhh.. it'll all be over soon, sweetheart."

Gustave Aodhart: Banter! Post 4/20

James turned sharp and shoved into the rim of the shield, trying to push it off-line to Gustave's right. This was good, this was fine, this occurred. Gustave's arm was extended and lacked the leverage to resist fully, so his shield did indeed shift slightly to the right, though more accurately his shield's position would "wobble". That is since it wasn't affixed hard to his arm and had a decent amount of wiggle room afforded by the soft straps, the top rim of the shield tilted outward, and with the previous turn in Gustave's arm, this shove was more of a slip.

Presumably James meant to use this to break the bind. He doesn't say specifically, but that's a logical conclusion. He mentions spinning, that can't be what he means, surely, because the moment Gustave see's James' back he swings his mace for where James' head will be when he finished the first step. Let's assume for now that James kept his eyes on Gustave then. He takes two steps away. How long those steps are, or in what direction still remain a mystery, let's call it back and to Gustave's right, since that was the way James shoved the shield. Whatever direction it actually was, Gustave would orient himself in that direction.

Gustave's shield was three feet tall. It could cover, easily, from his cheekbone to his shin while Gustave is standing bolt upright. Gustave is not standing bolt upright. He is hinged at the waist, bent at the knees, and his chin is tucked, shaving a foot off his total height. This made it even easier for Gustave to cover all of his unarmored parts on the right side without any real effort.

So as the bind was broken, Gustave would be drawing his shield arm back in to tuck it up against his side again while James took two steps. Gustave's shield would be back in position by the time James' cut came out, and in this movement, James' sword would come into contact with the bottom triangle without Gustave even having to lower his arm.

"Are you done warming up?" Gustave taunted as he returned his mace to the hook on his waist and emptied his hand.

A Party ball?

Did he bring a ******** party ball to HIS Show?

Oh, No

Oh HELL No.

This just won’t do.

His helmet began to observe the ball of energy as it moved toward him. It was of electrical origin, It would seem he had a fellow brother in electrical arms out here. A Damn shame he was determined to ruin his show though. That would not do, a 75 MPH Ball is surprisingly, not that fast. Pitchers Tend to throw at that speed on average and that was a much smaller target, it was nothing much for Leon to avoid. But instead he’d do something special, one would recall the tapping of the floor that he did. This was intentional, a set up for a previous ability he had thought of earlier.

It was time to set off The Master Exploder.

as the Orb Inched closer, he gave a grin and gave another tap to the floor. Suddenly the ground in the area began to shake, violent screeches followed as fissures began to shift from the ground. Almost as if on cue once The orb crossed the plane near Leon. It exploded. The sound combining with whatever energy the electrical orb might have had and creating a massive geyser of electricity as the sonic explosion was set off. Of Course, the force of the explosion was not something he could avoid. The Explosion sent him flying back, about 40 feet. Being at the epicenter of course the force was greater to him, as he flew back to the other side of the room. His body scraping along the ground as the glass of his armor helmet shattered from the exerted combined energy of the sound and the orb. He would have to take time to get up, the force alone causing his ear to ring and the room to whiten from the flash of the explosion.

certainly, something similar would happened to the opponent who was right behind it.

Master Exploder

Instead of playing his guitar Leon taps the ground with the body of the guitar two times. The ground within a 5 foot diameter of the impact point becomes sonically unsettled, if if that five foot diameter is stepped on during that time, it will expand the sound waves within the area, increasing the sound pressure, and causing an Sonic Explosion. This can be blended with other objects to cause differing effects, For example Leon can use one of the packs of Metal spheres to cause similar damage to Scatter Triad. He can also wait until someone steps on it and use Ride the Lightning to create a geyser of electricity, this will cause mild electrical burn damage along with a pushback

James just barely managed to catch the flash of the mace out of the corner of his eye as he came out of the twist, and shifted his nodachi's hilt into the path, a simple matter as it was already by up his head. It made for a poor guard, but it was better then a complete absence of it, as the force of the strike bled through the macehead into the handle of Amaterasu and left quite a nasty bruise where his hilt was knocked into him.

He put his left foot down hard to arrest his motion and maintain his overall stance. His lips were curled in a silent snarl, a mix of pain, annoyance, and the rush of combat (and blood) filling his temple as he slowly backed up almost flush against the wall.

"Yeah... guess so" James replied darkly, a bloody edge to his calm voice as he leveled his nodachi horizontal, tip out to the right before him, both hands seemingly relaxed on the hilt now.

He then lunged forward, seeming to bring his nodachi across in a powerful swing that Gustave would have been hard-pressed to block even with his shield, before revealing it to be a feint, the Daemonslayer dropping his left shoulder into the lunge, and bringing his left arm up around his head to defend himself whilst charging in home, to tackle and bodyslam Gustave against the door behind him, and perhaps pin his shield to him.

Having entered the hall at the end farthest from Leon and failing to actually have met him halfway, Jinsoku ultimately wouldn't be as near the explosion as Leon just was. What was a blast radius of roughly five feet was nowhere near grand enough to reach Jin. Even if he had have been sprinting outright, there was no way his speed could naturally manage even half the speed of the projectile launched. When the explosion went off, Jinsoku could maybe feel the residual concussive force created from the energies clashing. The exploded opponent sailing out and away from the boom, some forty feet down the hall from his previous standing point. At best, Jinsoku was approximately 10 feet away before his opponent moved further away. Now engaging in a long legged charge down the hall, he covered more distance without increasing his speed more, leaving him some ability to react to changes in the environment.

Sparks were still dissipating in the area as Jinsoku surpassed it. With narrowed, charcoal eyes, he watched his opponent's recovery from both the concussive force and the electric shock alike. While he couldn't register the might of the concussive burst Leon unleashed upon himself, he had to assume it was strong enough considering the distance it threw him.

It wasn’t easy the ringing in his ear, the slight feeling of nausea setting him off for a moment as he attempted to keep himself up and back to normal. He snapped his head up, and attempted to view his opposition with the now created distance between each other. Equipment Malfunction aside, he needed to continue. Though she was not privy to the ends and outs of such things, she knew it when she saw it and Sapphira was on high alert. So when Karne rolled the blue sphere to arrive between her legs and brought his hands up in the air Sapphira followed through on her forward momentum. Her body broke into a forward roll and simultaneously a stone object snapped into existence along her left arm which was the first thing to hit the ground in her roll.

Suddenly the stone hue of her flesh subsided and a massive concavo-convex stone shield about 2.5 feet in diameter hit the ground, sandwiching the opponents explosive blue sphere between it and the carpeted earth. A low explosive thud erupted as the sphere went off, propelling the rolling Sapphira up and into Kharne! Simultaneously her roll completed and Sapphira crouched with her shield in front of her, still careening forward from the force of the blast.

Sapphira attempted to use this momentum to slam the shield into Kharnes Knees. The impact would be massive, assisted by the blast of his own blue grenade and would threaten to knock Kharnes legs out from under him!

Seeing the opponent get to his feet before he was close enough to be within his striking range, Jinsoku knew that he would have to go for another long distance attack to disrupt him before he could really get started. Jumping off of his running left foot, Jinsoku torqued his body as he threw his halberd from his right hand. While this wasn't the brightest idea, and one that James would likely scold him for, he deemed it necessary. His next move required both of his hands, and he could use the additional distraction as he followed through. Landing firmly on both of his feet, Leon might notice his arms were spread, held out to his sides just before slicing through the air and meeting one another. Contrary to skin slapping skin, the clap created the sound of booming thunder, and subsequently caused a sonic boom of sorts to disrupt not just Leon, but more importantly the sound waves associated to his music. The speed of sound likely outweighed the speed of the thrown weapon despite his immense strength packed into his brawny frame. By the time the halberd within striking range of Leon, the effects of the Thunder Clap would already be pushing beyond him.

Once his Thunder Clap was executed, Jinsoku resumed his advance on his opponent, so long as nothing prevented him from doing such. While he might not have outright noticed what was going on at the end of the hall he had entered from, something was definitely wrong. A sneaking sense of dread, and a subtle coldness consuming even the light of the hall as it spread. Was Leon responsible for this? Was it even real? Either way, it wasn't close nor near enough for him to feel an immediate concern to investigate it. Right now he needed to focus on getting closer to his opponent.

“Aaaagh!” Rou cried out as the tentacle seeped its fangs into her left forearm, the neurotoxin rushing through her skin. It bristled painfully, from elbow to fingertips, quite a bit more painful than if her arm had fallen asleep, a pins-and-needles feeling, along with the leechlike bloodied spots the tentacles’ teeth had broken through her skin. Rou’s eyes were wide, face to face with this thing screeching at her side.

She hadn’t the momentum to throw him, as Marcus wrapped one leg around her waist, and then another. Onto her back again, he was slave to his original strategy, curling his arms around her neck, her throat seized in his grip. Now carrying him on her back, she spread her legs wider to maintain upright, gritting her teeth and straining to bear the pain of her arm, and the weight which he burdened her.

Rou’s right arm clamped down on his shin, the left as it was on top of the fold at her waist, fingers splayed across the skin. Her hand wasn’t big enough to wrap around his thick shin, but it was luckily bare, and that meant less to go through. Summoning what energy she could to her right palm, it began to glow red, as if trying to create a fireball. With nowhere to be held, however, it burned from her palm with an open flame, against the skin he’d put in her reach, trading it for the choke hold. Like a hot poker pressed against his leg, she made to scald his left shin-- and hopefully he’d learn his lesson before trying to hold her so uncouthly, again.

Just as she’d pulled herself out of the choke hold with use of the doors, Rou saw fit to seek their assistance again. With him weighted on her back, and with legs around her waist so not to impede her path, Rou stepped backward, the few steps carrying them both until she slammed Marcus hard into a door, jostling even herself with a bit of whiplash even in the tight grip.

Knocked against the door, it flew open again, this time grabbing Marcus as she’d presented him to it. Hands flew forward and grabbed him, peeling him and his tentacles from Rou. She gasped loudly, as she was relieved from his hold, gulping and choking down air to fill her lungs again.

Once she was free, while the handsy assistants briefly had their way with Marcus’ quickchange, Rou gathered the start of the chain in her right hand, knowing that she hadn’t long to rest. With her left arm --burning painfully at her side from the neurotoxin that coursed through it-- for awhile out of commission, she paced a few steps toward the black spot at the end of the hall, which was ominously creeping towards them. A good fifteen yards ahead of it, she stopped, and turned to face her back to it. That left more doors for Marcus to pop out ahead of her, and range to use her whip, which she poised back and at the ready. If the assistants had seen fit to pop him out behind her, the black spot awaited.

Rou's strategy was foolproof; although, if their arena hadn't have provided such a handicap, she would have found herself in a tough position. Marcus’ body triangle was well established, even the burning sensation on his leg wouldn't have persuaded him to not follow through with the chokehold, as excruciatingly painful as it had been. At this particular point in the submission, Rou would have likely heard a high pitched ringing in her ears, only for her vision to start fading, but that was neither here nor there. She had successfully avoided being choked unconscious twice in a row now, which frustrated the Voro Mundus to no end. Nobody escaped his submissions, yet she had done so not once, but twice. Fool me once...

Marcus would be forcibly ripped off of his rival by the arena's handy-helpers. Which meant his tentacled appendage too--which had embedded itself around Rou's arm via teeth, granted, his neurotoxin had already established itself within the woman's bloodstream, practically crippling her arm for the time being. Not only was it paralyzed, but once the numbing sensation of the Kraken's Maw toxin had worn off, a stinging sensation would likely follow, as the fangs drug and cleaved through her beautiful flesh. Meanwhile, Marcus would be undergoing yet another unnecessary change of attire, or so he thought.

Spat out of the door across the hall, Marcus would be adorning a more… suitable outfit. Something that Rou would likely recognize. A black shendyt was wrapped around his waist, bare-chested, and golden clasps graced his wrists and ankles. His outfit wasn't the only thing that had changed in his short departure, Marcus’ whole overall appearance changed significantly, as did his demeanor. His skin was bordering translucent, his veins far more prominent as they pumped a black liquid equivalent to tar. His teeth were akin to daggers which became apparent as he brandished an ear-splitting grin. Marcus’ fiery hue swallowed as his pupils fluctuated and dilated.

The Kraken's Maw whipped and flourished about, hungry for more, screaming and screeching. **”Rooooou Jiiiiin, let's play...”**

Nope, this wasn’t the smartest Idea at all. He could only feel it from the beginning but as Leon started to play his guitar, a sudden sense of dread began to grow. Suddenly the area around them was now tinted in a bevy of blue sparks. The stage was set and Leon was set to go. Even whilst he continued to play he now had the high ground and he was going to use it as he chose. This was his stage and he had every intention to stay on it. Gravity Storm

As Leon plays his guitar, a large magnetic field is created. At a Maximum Leon can only gather about 40 pounds of objects at a single time, and the magnetic field grows at a rate of 10 feet per turn with a maximum of 40 feet. While inside of this magnetic field ferrous objects will gather into it (And lead to any of the abilities below.) While in this field Leon can control any of the magnetic objects that is inside of it and control it at his whim, but it cannot travel any faster than 50 mph.

His movement will also be nearly frictionless. However, this only is possible inside of the magnetic field itself. Also, if Leon at any point stops playing his guitar instead of going away instantly the magnetic field will slowly shrink 20 feet per turn before it dissipates completely after the last ten feet. It cannot be used again if there is another Magnetic field, lest they interfere with one another nor can he recover the “Field.” If he’s “dropped” it. However, he can still benefit from the effects if he plunges in after dropping it, as long as it has not dissipated during that time.

Cooldown: A Turn Per every 10 feet. Taking effect after the magnetic field has withered off.

Leon however took a look at the halberd in front of him and took a sudden stare at it. but from the range it was being thrown he would have time to avoid that.

What he wouldn’t have time to avoid was the clear sound that was heading in front of him. The clap of the man’s hand created a sonic disruption that could clearly knock him off his feet. However, at the sight of this. Leon took a deep breath and took a Giant scream.

“HA!”

The force of sonic energy would clearly be matched by Leon’s bellowing scream, made to blowback the opposition instead of disorienting, this was the goal after all. First off, the force would easily blow the halberd off course completely leading it off base from him in any sense. However, the second effect was something only a master of sound could conjure. You see, when two sonic forces Collided that are of equal forces, well not only would it stop, but expand into a larger force in general. It was risky, and the result would cause both of them to feel the effect of BOTH Of their sound generated abilities together, but again would keep away his opposition as he wanted to at the range he loved the most.

The halberd proved a worthy sacrifice, not like he had its full prowess to command in these limited quarters. He could make use of it, but he could make better use of himself. Jinsoku felt the shifting of the magnetic field around Leon thanks to his Electrolocation, though his opinion of it failed to be realized as the man continued next with a scream. Did the two happenings directly deal with one another? A question he'd fail to answer for himself as the two forces collided, forcing the running man off balance regardless of how practiced an advance it was. Violently he was forced to pivot right as he was moved to his left. Smacking against one of the doors in the hall, it haphazardly tore open against the weight of Jin and the sonic force alike. To his ultimate wide eyed surprise, Jinsoku was then seized and pulled into the now ajar door way...In which the door slammed shut in his wake.

***"NANI!?"*

W**ithout knowing what was going on, Jin could feel that something was tearing away his clothing, and yet he could also feel more layers replacing the ones that were lost...AND THEN SOME! A door nearest to one side of Leon flung open before suddenly throwing Jinsoku out of it and directly at him! Jin could now be seen wearing a black, high collar cotton top, a leather jacket with a sown in hood, a pair of dark denim jeans, and a pair of black and white, high top Chuck's. If Leon wasn't quick enough in response, then he would experience approximately 180 pounds of muscle crashing into him before the pair would ultimately smack the adjacent door to Leon's opposing side.

As Leon was flung backwards from the Scream of his own creation. He found himself like his opponent going through another door himself. He would’ve screamed about having to go through this again, However with the rapid hands suddenly ripping his current clothes off along with covering his mouth, he didn’t seem to have much of a choice in that regard. The hands now ripping through his clothes replacing them in rapid succession to see what they can find for Leon’s wear next. He was suddenly pushed out only to connect to the body of his opposition with a giant smash, His nose connecting with his opponent’s forehead, causing blood to seep from the nose itself as they were both suddenly spat out from the hands of the designers.

Leon attempted to lift himself up, his eyes moving toward the nearby mirror only to see himself yet again with a sigh. “Well…I guess it’s better than the pink hair.” His hair was back to normal at least. The same Black Hair with a white stripe, but his clothing was massively different, Blue Bell Bottom jeans and a long sleeved cotton shirt revealing his open chest and with it a lot of chest hair.

Rubbing his forehead Jinsoku shook the pain off as he lowered his profile before advancing on his opponent. By doing this he used his opponent's own proximity to the mirror to move without Leon necessarily seeing him going on the offensive once more. If he managed to get close enough to breach striking range uninterrupted, he'd opt to grab his opponent as opposed to simply striking him.
